Brambletail came into camp carrying a squirrel. He set it down in the freshkill pile and trotted over to Forestheart, who had just arrived back at camp with freshkill as well. "Hey Forestheart." He mewed. "Want to check the borders with me? I smelled something odd while out hunting."

ForestHeart heard after a long time, little pawsteps among the roots.Her hunting mode switched on and she slithered through the leaves like a silent adder.She lept and snatched its haunch and quickly killed the small vole.She then threw leaves over it and stored it amongst the tree roots.

ForestHeart bounded towards camp with her mice and vole.She dropped them on the pile and accidentely stepped on a shard of rockk."Fox dung." she muttered,and lifted her paw and removed the thorn-like rock from her paw pad.

ForestHeart looked up at BrambleTail."Hmm? Oh yeah,sure." she said.

"Is something wrong?" Brambletail asked, a concerned look on his face. "We don't have to go. It wasn't that important. Probably just a loner or something." He sat down next to her and began grooming his chest.
