Greypaw sat just outside the medicine cat den, quiet and alone. To him, there was silent chaos spreading through the camp, although the only cat who seemed about to burst was Creamstar. She looked on edge, and Greypaw blinked for a moment. He saw a she-cat –Furia, he remembered– and Shardpaw walk off, and he gazed in their direction for several moments. The silver and dark grey tabby felt like there was something wrong. Jayclan was like one big puzzle, everything in it fits smoothly until you find that a piece is missing. The munchkin gave a small frown at this, and tried hard to recal. His recollection consisted of Fallensky, and another cat he felt bad about not being able to remember. Those two... they'd been gone for some time, probably the reason Creamstar seemed all in a huff. The tom let out a long sigh with a tiny shake of his head. 'You can't worry about everything at once, Greypaw.'

Darkstorm and Snowpelt

Darkstorm released his paw out of Fallensky's jaws. How'd she know that!? he thought, yowling out into the sky. He lashed his tail out, hitting it at Snowpelt's flank. Snowpelt fell to the ground, now weak with a red pain on his side. "Fallensky.. You fight Darkstorm, me with Leafstar." he gasped out, standing to his paws again. He scratched a small cut onto Leafstar's chest. Darkstorm bit Fallensky's tail back.

Fallensky rushed over to Snowpelt, and licked his fur rapidly. "Marigold and dock for wounds..." She glanced around the border. Those were the only herbs that she knew that would heal wounds. She raced over to a clump of dock, ripped off a leaf, then over to a marigold bundle and grabbed some. She raced back to Snowpelt, and chewed up the marigold into a pulp, then squeezed the juice into his woulds. She then spat out the marigold, and went to the dock, chewed it, then let the jouce seep into his wounds. She spat out the leaves. "Yuck!" She spat, then lay next to him.

Shardpaw watched the silver flicker of fish as they swam in the river. He too, despised swimming. Though he enjoyed the feel of water lapping at his paws. He placed a paw at the edge.

When he heard his name Greypaw looked up to see Creamstar mewing to him. Had she read his thoughts? Or was she just thinking out loud? In any case, the munchkin didn't want to just sit there looking puzzled, so he piped up. "I-I know, Creamstar." the tom offered feebly. "But I have faith that Starclan will bring them back to us safely." the silver and dark grey tabby stared at the ground for some moments of awkward silence before remembering hid duty as Medicine cat apprentice, tending to other cats' health. "Please try not to overwork yourself, we need our leader in one piece." Although Greypaw was still frowning about the missing cats, he felt that getting worked up would get them nowhere. Something deep down told him the two warriors had to be alright.

Darkstorm

Darkstorm let out a deep growl before returning back to his camp, anger flaming in his eyes.

Snowpelt

Snowpelt panted, a nice deep cut bleeding on his cheek from Leafstar's claw swipe. He ignored the small pain on his weak paws from Darkstorm's strength. But he ran side by side with Fallensky until reaching his clan's borders. He avoided being sighted by the other loner's stare and bounded into clan territory. At once, he collapsed, eyes closed. He was so tired after that journey. Note to self: Never meet a Skyclan cat EVER again. The tom felt numb all of a sudden, and he took one gaze at Fallensky before fainting.
