Cinderfrost hobbled over to Applepaw, her belly swollen with kits that were due any day now. "Hey, Applepaw!" she meowed cheerfully.

Applepaw purred brightly from her sunny spot, she had grown much over the last few moons, she had grown taller and her own muscles where now visible under her short fur. Her green eyes bright as her warrior ceremony drew near. "Well hey there." She purred.

(Yeah, Cas said that there was a 4 moon timeskip, so Cinderfrost will be kitting soon. Although I do still want to roleplay out other things that take place before the timeskip, such as Mallowshade's struggle against rabies and whatnot. x3 If it's okay with Cas.)

"Whatcha up to?" Cinderfrost asked with a smile as she sat down beside her friend.

Applepaw smiled, "Nothing much, Pinefur is gonna get me ready for my final assessment within the next few days." SHe purred, not able to hide the delight from her voice.

Cinderfrost beamed with pride for Applepaw. "Really? That's great! Oh, you'll make a great warri-" She was cut off mid-sentence by a mild coughing fit. "Urgh...I was trying to say that I'm sure you'll make a great warrior! One of the best that AshClan has ever seen!"

"Are you alright?" She asked suddenly, worry veiling her features as she looked at her pregnant friend. "How long has that cough been going on?"

Cinderfrost shrugged. "Oh, just a couple of days. It's nothing to worry about though," she reassured Applepaw with a friendly flick of her tail. "It's only a tickle."

Applepaw frowned, "If you say so." She murmured softly before straightening back up, "So when are you due again?" SHe asked softly.

"In a few days, I think!" Cinderfrost told her excitedly. "I can't wait!"
