Neptune's Party ~ JMD RP ~ open!

Neptune smiled and opened the door. "Come on in!" he said, smiling delightedly. "I had no idea my party'd have such a great turn-out! If you have any questions, feel free to ask me. Oh, and we can watch a movie in the living room at some point -- I'll let you know when it's time to choose one ... okay, I'll stop talking now." He laughed.

I smiled at Neptune as I followed him into the homely house.
"This house is beautiful." I commented with awe, craning my head to capture
all the little details in the larger objects and sculptures. A movie would be delightful
later, I thought. I flashed another smile as Neptune gave in to a humble laugh.

Adrastos, Crashin' Wave, and Divine Penombre~

Two blue-themed dragons talked to eachother excitedly. "Duuuude, this party's gunna be gnarly!" said the lighter one, decorated with water designs. "Totally. I also heard that something happened to his jewel, and that he might have zero powers, like me!" replied the second one. He balanced two small presents on his back, both in just cardboard boxes. Neither knew how to wrap.
A smaller, purple one walked beside them, looking annoyed. She had a short party dress on, decorated with the colours of sunrise. She had tons of dresses like this; all themed after a time of day. On her back was a wooden box with holes drilled in the sides, hinting to an animal. A bright silver bow was glued to the top.
"Ladies first," Divine said politely, raising her tail into the air. She walked inside. "Good afternoon." she said to Neptune. "And happy day of birth." she added with a flirtatious wink. "Yes, a movie would be wonderful!"
Adros and Wave rolled their eyes in unison. Why did she have to act all polite, like she was an adult going to an important meeting? Adrastos caught sight of the jewel on the tip of his tail. "Woah, Man. That jewel looks frikkin' awesome.

"Oh, thank you!" Neptune said, looking around the house and seeing it in a new light. "It's not much but I'm glad you like it."
He turned to Divine. "Aha, thank you," he said, blushing slightly.

(( if they want to drop their presents in the living room, that's totally fine :'P just so they don't have to carry them around all day ^^ ))

"My pleasure." she replied warmly. Adros and Wave rolled their eyes in unison. Why did she have to act all polite, like she was an adult going to an important meeting? Adrastos caught sight of the jewel on the tip of his tail. "Woah, Man. That jewel looks frikkin' awesome." he commented.
The purple furred one headed over to the living room to drop off her present. She carefully put the box onto the ground in a corner. A meow was heard from inside. "Shh," she whispered, "You need to be quiet, or your species won't be a surprise!" her wings fluttered to give off a gentle round of stardust. Some floated over onto Wave's nose, and he sneezed.

Ebony and Yoru walked up to the house. Yoru was carrying a box from the both of them and while Ebony went to greet Neptune, Yoru went inside to put the presents in the living room. "Hi! I'm Ebony! That was Yoru. He's a bit anti-social. You have a lovely home by the way." Ebony said to Neptune before walking inside.

Mintsplash carried her present by a ribbon as she had no other way to grip it without dropping the present, "Happy birthday Neptune!" She smiled sweetly. Dropping off her presents she paused and looked around the interior "I love the way the interior is arranged" She complimented.

I felt kind of embarrassed for not realizing it was Neptune's birthday as Divine spoke.
I could feel my cheeks grow warm and red. I realized with a jolt that I did bring
a present, of course, it was more of a "polite" thing. I tugged at my bag, causing Clementine,
my best friend, to gently lift the flap of the bag. I found the present with ease and followed
Divine and her friends to the living room to drop off the present. "Oh, and a happy birthday to
you, Neptune!" I said as I stalked off to the living room area.

Neptune smiled awkwardly at Adrastos. "Hehe, um ... thank you I guess?" Neptune smiled at Ebony. "Pleasure to meet you! Oh, thank you! And Yoru, too." He went to the door and looked out, seeing Artemis. "Oh, heya Artie! Make yourself at home," he said, grinning easily. He smiled again as he turned to Mintsplash and Amaryllis. "Oh, thank you two! Hehe, it's not really my birthday, more of a be-lated -- or maybe early? -- party," he said, laughing a little, "But don't worry about it."
