Personality: From being a kit, he was a nosy little cat, always caring about little things and mistakes.

History: when Starlingpaw was a kit, he always wanted to be a warrior. He loved fighting
And pretending to catch a huge rabbit. His father always taught him a few steps in being silent
When he was little, but as he became an apprentice, Shorttail urged him to be a position
Where he can help every cat. He knew that would be the medicine cat, deputy, or the leader,
But that would only happen when he became a warrior. But, the medicine cat apprentice was
Open. He decided that he would be a medicine cat apprentice. His mother wanted him to
Be an ordinary apprentice. Sometimes, the two cats still fight.

Personality: Eveningstar is a relatively calm cat. He enjoys things like sitting in the sun and swimming in their territory's vast network of streams and ponds. He is a good leader, but at times his decisions can be a bit slow. He never over reacts to high tension situations though, and is great at negotiating peace between clans rather than using battles to solve his clan's problems. He is well organized as a leader, and tries to keep all the cats in the clan occupied with at least one patrol a day.
History: As a kit, Eveningstar always wanted to be a medicine cat, but once he reached apprenticehood, those dreams ended. He loved hunting and enjoyed battle training. At this point in his life, his ambitions switched from becoming medicine cat, to becoming the leader. He is proud to say he has achieved that too.
Looks : Eveningstar looks much like his sisters, he has similar markings, those being mostly white with a few black patches. His eyes are a yellow orange, which can make him look very menacing at times. The most notable difference between him and his sisters in appearance, is that he has more black than they do, though he is still majority white.

Personality: Larksong is a cheerful queen who very much enjoys being a mother. She has always been a bit kit-like, so having kits has allowed her an excuse for her doing kit-like things with her kits. She is very energetic, and almost always has a good word to say. She is a very good hunter, but her fighting skills, while rarely needed, are limited at best. She can hold up in a fight, but she usually doesn't do any of the very complex moves when fighting, as some of the better fighters are known to do.
History: Larksong was a very hyper, very energetic kit. She was known for not listening to her parents too, nobody but her siblings know it, but she snuck out of camp regularly. As an apprentice she was still energetic, but she was also trying to be serious all the time, so it didn't show as much. She was a quick learner, but even then her fighting skills were not as good as those of her fellow apprentices. She worked very hard to become a warrior, and she was very proud when she recieved her warrior name. She became Twigsnap's mate about a year ago, having grown attatched to him shortly after becoming a warrior. His calm nature helped her collect herself, and they both enjoyed eachother's company greatly. They both love thier kits very much, and they really are the center of her life.
Looks: Larksong is mostly white, but her back has large black patches on it, much like her sister and brother. Her eyes are yellow with hints of green.

Personality: Starflight is a more calm cat than her sister, but nowhere near as laid back as her brother. She is really in the middle of the personality scale, having both snappy moments and kind ones, she really can't be labled as either. She is a good mother, and a much better fighter than she is a hunter. She loves to swim, but she doesn't hate walking on dry land either. Her opinions tend toward the center of the scale as well, usually they aren't too outrageous. The one thing that sets Starflight appart is her ability to keep things secret. You can be garunteed that she knows more than she is telling. She is a very caring mother, and a loyal mate.
History: Starflight has always been a good mediator, specifically because of her unbias nature. She doesn't like arguments, and unlike her siblings she would rather just claw someone across the face instead of trying to negotiate with them. As a kit she was always the fighter of the bunch, but she wasn't as energetic or as adventurous as her sister, or as sleepy and patient as her brother.
Looks: Starflight has the most white on her of all of her siblings, but she too has some black patches. Her eyes are like Eveningstar's, yellow with bits of orange in them. For picture see Larksong.

Looks: He is mostly white, but has some orange patches on his back and tail. His eyes are blue-green, taking on after his mother.
Personality: Lemonkit is a clever and crafty kit. It is often spoken about how he is almost as mischevious as a kit as his mother was, but in fact he is far from that. He does follow the rules, and stays in the camp like he is supposed to, he just gets restless all the time, getting him into some trouble in the camp.
Other: His warrior name will be Lemontail.

Looks: Haakon is grey with darker and lighter grey stripes. His eyes are a greenish yellow.
Personality: Haakon is a rather simple cat. He lives on the twoleg farm on the edge of Sunclan territory, and catches mice in their barn. He lives a good life, and has been known to let the Sunclan medicine cat gather catmint from the patches his owner plants in their yard when they need it. His barn is a common rest spot for cats on the way to the Mooncave, since the other clans often have trouble making the entire journey there and back in one day, they will often rest there on their too and back from the Mooncave.
History: See personality. He has lived in the barn along with the other barn cat Cinder, a crabby black she-cat that is his mate. He has no kits yet.

1. Rule #1 1/2. If you need help because you don't know how, I would be glad to explain the process. PM stands for Private Message, just so you know if you didn't before.
2. Grammar. There are several missing punctuations in your form, as well as a few word usage issues and capitalization errors, while these may seem minor they make me worry that you might not be literate enough of a roleplayer for this roleplay. (Feel free to fix them, and prove to me otherwise, I would love to see that.)
3. Length. I'm going to need a bit more on your character, what you've got is great for a very basic roleplay, but once again this is semi-lit so I do expect a bit more depth than you have given on the personality and history.
4. Incomplete sections. I know you couldn't have put anything there before since everything wasn't up, but now I've got everything you should need up to finish them.
5. Missing sections. I can see that you have removed the "Starclan Kin" and "Other" Sections, as well as moving the location of the "Looks" section and replacing it with "Description". The last one's fine by me, but please put the others back in, if you want to leave them blank that's fine, just put "None" or something like that in them.
6. I've added on to the forms too, so be sure to include the new sections in your edits.

Personality: Tawnykit is very shy and scared. She has always been this way since her birth for reasons unknown. She is mainly just afraid of others, they're so big! But that doesnt stop her from wanting to be the best she can be for the clan. Her time to be an apprentice is coming up and she is scared witless. Tawnykit, unknown to her, is a natural stalker and skilled with good aim. She has always managed to find a way to walk about the camp unnoticed and playing on her own. Redfeather, the she-cat who took her in, doesnt seemed worried. Maybe because Tawnykit knowns when it's time to go back to the nursey and listen to the busy actions of the clan. She doesnt speak much and maybe wont unless given the right mentor. Though Redfeather has managed to get the kit to play more and speak abit more to her.

Personality: Redfeather is a level headed female with a big heart. Often times her caring nature has gotten her in trouble. But she can also be stubborn and very set in her ways. That doesnt mean she wont listen to your opinions and views on things. She is a fierce fighter and hunter. She is often times quite though unless she is withTawnykit, her adopted kit that she found. It is then that you see this energitic happy female, almost acting like a kit herself. She is very protective of her clan and friends and more so with Tawnykit. No cat will just be her mentor without Redfeather having a word. Though Redfeather has this big heart she has very falling in love with anyone, and if a male tried she would seem to shy away the first time they tried and advoid them.
History: Redfeather has never bee that close to her siblings, it's just her way of things. She has no disput against any of them but not joined at the hip either. She had always liked being the one to do her own thing. As she parents became elders, she became very close to Tawnykit's parents. But first Shadowtiger died from a snake bite before the kit had been born and then Sunbreeze was becoming very weak when Tawnykit was due. She had made Redfeather promise to take care of the kit as if it was her own should something happen. So then that left Redfeather with Tawnykit, the only other cat she has grown very close and fond of.
