She flicked her ears and whined to Justin. She heard the news, a group of shipwrecked horses on the shore. She ran to the beach and she stood still, examining the beach. She saw the ship sinking in the water. Were there any humans that survived? How many horses died? Theses questions entered her mind as he looked around slowly. She heard the sound of running hoof-beats behind her and she turned around. It was Justin, he stopped next to Athena and looked at the beach with his eyes wide, he was speechless

A bit of a ways down the beach lay a white mare. She was a slender thing,looking mal nourished and under fed by the humans. Her breathing was quite raspy since she had been in the water with her nose half under but she was alive and that was all that mattered. Beside the white mare rested a golden mare. She had swam from the sinking ship with her passed out friend and was completely exaused. Sparta, a large black friesian looking stallion had watched from his post on a mountan overhang. Watching the small group of horses.

Jupiter

He woke up coughing. He found himself on wet sand and some kelp on his body. He slowly got up and looked around. He was confused and dizzy. His head was hurting and the last thing he remembered is that he was on a boat. His vision was somewhat blurry and he laid back down in the sand. He thought he was dreaming or in heaven.He closed his eyes and placed his head on the soft wet sand. "I must be dreaming.. Im still on the boat.. Im not shipwrecked.." He thought to himself

After a while, the golden mare got to her hooves and nudged the white mare, waking her from her crazed nightmare. The white mare lifted her head to stare up at the golden mare and then got to her hooves with shaky legs. It took her a while to walk properly since the boat was always rocking from side to side and then back and fourth making her unstable. Shaking themselves off, they helped each other to walk down the beach. No other horses from the boat was visible and it worried them. Friends, family, and new horses they didn't get to know was no where to be seen. They hung their heads in silent prayer for the safety of the horse's souls to be guided to the heavens.

Athena told him that they should go different ways to look for survivors. He agreed and and he cantered down the beach. He saw two horses , he slowed to a trot and whined at them
