Birchclan is one of three clans that live in this forest, it has been peaceful up till now. When at the last gathering a cat was murdered mysteriously as a dark omen happened, dark clouds covered the sky and buried the moon with it, the end of peace. Now it is up to the clans to get to the bottom of this mystery, will there ever be peace? Will it ever go back to the way it was?

History: He was born a clan cat. He apprenticed under the deputy at the time and was one of the last cats to received his warrior name before the leader had died of age. The deputy that trained him became the leader of course and things went on before the new deputy had a litter of kits. Unable to do her duty any longer he became the new deputy at the age of 30 moons, he had trained two apprentices before he was appointed. After a long while of the clan going on, one day the leader had fallen ill and half a moon later, he had died. He now found himself as the leader at the age of 38 moons and has been since then.
Personality: He is a large tom and very strong. He is a skilled fighter and hunter and a wise and kind leader. He puts his clan before his own need and is weary of outsiders. Before he accepts others into the clan he gives the a trial period to see if clan life is right for them. He does his best not to make rash choices and loves to be involved in every thing.

History: Born into the clan with a fairly average life. Her mentor was a strict cat who taught her to respect the warrior code no matter what and to always be loyal to the clan. She has always been very close to her elder brother, Rainstar.
Personality: Stormclaw is a strict, no nonsense warrior who will always put the good of her clan before anything else. She does not like to just lay around and relax as it makes her feel like she isn't doing all she can to help the clan. She volunteers to do just about everything that is needed even if she already has too much to do. Without a reasonable word from someone she trusts she would probably work herself straight to death. Stormclaw is distrustful of strangers and would prefer to never allow outsiders in the clan at all but she knows that is not her call to make. She greatly respects her superiors and would follow their orders without question so long as she doesn't think that what they are demanding of her would put the good of the clan at risk. She has trouble developing friendships since most cats think she is much too serious and stern but she does have the ability to joke around and have fun, it is just something she rarely does unless she is only with cats she greatly trusts. Her loyalty can be difficult for a cat to earn due to her untrusting nature but once a cat has it she would never turn her back on them so long as they do not stab her, or the clan, in the back.

History: Dawnleaf was born into BirchClan when his heavily pregnant mother showed up at the clan wanting to join to give her kits a better life. Before she was actually accepted into the clan she went into labor and gave birth to Dawnleaf. The rest of the kits and her died due to birthing complications. The tom always showed an interest in herbs and healing so he was thrilled when he was chosen to become the medicine cat apprentice. His mentor had been an elderly cat who died before he had even received his full name so he relied on StarClan to name him as BirchClan's next medicine cat.
Personality: Dawnleaf is a solitary young tom who seems to prefer the company of his beloved herbs over any cat. He grows nervous around others easily and has a tendency to make most conversations awkward which results in him having no real friends to speak of. Despite all this, when it comes to his patients he is normally incredibly gentle and caring with them - Just not the best conversationalist. If a cat goes against his orders, such as leaving the medicine cat den when he orders them not to, he will become very upset with said cat and may outright refuse to help them any more since he assumes they must not want to get better if they are ignoring a medicine cat's orders. Being of fragile, slender stature, he is a cowardly, skittish little thing that would more likely flee from battle then stand his ground and protect anyone. Dawnleaf is very meticulous when it comes to his herbs and surroundings. Everything in his den has to be neat, tidy, and in its correct place or else he will be very uncomfortable to say the least. He has quite the talent with herbs and healing in general. While he was still an apprentice he picked things up very easily and will almost never forget what he has learned.

History: Littlepaw was born into the clan to an unknown tom and a mother who died soon after giving birth to him and his littermates. He was the only one to survive past two moons of life, which is a bit odd considering that he was the runt of the litter.
Personality: Growing up, Littlepaw lacked any real family within the clan and so he has always done reckless and risky things just to get some sort of attention. He is very brave, quite stupidly so in fact, and seems to believe himself invincible. The emotions he experiences are almost always on the extreme side and he does not seem to know how to control them at all. In battle he is known to move quickly and use his small size to his advantage when it comes to facing larger opponents.

History: Blossom was a kittypet living beside his best friend, who he really considers more of a sister, Bella. The two grew up together and spent so much time together that they developed their own way of communicating with one another. After learning of the existence of cats out in the wild Blossom convinced Bella that it might be fun to try and join them. Both cats left their kittypet lives behind them but haven't quite made it to the point of asking to join the group of 'wild cats' since they have seen what they do to outsiders who cross their borders. Even so, they do plan on joining someday.
Personality: Blossom is an easygoing, very calm and patient young tom. It takes quite a lot to upset him but one surefire way to anger him is to put his loved ones in harms way. He loved meeting new cats and making new friends but he can be a bit too trusting, always giving everyone he meets the benefit of the doubt without hesitating to welcome them. His large size and thick coat could easily give him the advantage in battle if it weren't for the fact that Blossom has no real mean bone in his body and will often just give up when fighting others unless they are directly putting someone he really cares for at risk. He is a fairly lazy tom and would much rather just laze around soaking up sun instead of actually do any work but if he is asked to do something he will normally do it without complaint, however he may not always get the job done at the quickest of speeds.
