Story:

Allen Walker and his Friends defeated the Millennium Earl, but he's not gone...

Name: Mizuki Fujihara (girl)
Age: 15
Personality: Sweet, kind, doesn't like to fight even though she knows that she has to. She’ll protect her friends and comrades until she can’t fight anymore. And she’s secretly afraid of Komui (then again…who isn’t?) even though she puts on a brave face and speaks to the head chief.
Her nicknames for her friends/companions:

Picture/Description: Short-ish (for a girl) straight, and natural, flame-red hair that has black on the last 2 inches of her hair. Her hair is styled in a way that it’ll stick up at weird angles. Her skin is a light shade of tan, but on her face is a curse mark. It looks like Allen’s with a devil’s star above her right eye. Then there’s a very swirling design starting from the bottom tip of that pentacle to just below her collar bone. Her eyes are a beautiful and strange shade of pure amber. And she has a wolf tail. (part of her Innocence) The colorings on the tail are what you might call weird. The entire tail is snow-white but there’s a black ring around the tip of her tail and the rings continue down her tail, another appearing every five inches.
Innocence [Parasite]: Her Innocence is called “Winged Vixen of Fate” When the Innocence is invoked her wolf tail gets twice as long and her normal human ears turn to wolf ears. Then from a tattoo on her back (from the Innocence) two wings sprout. They’re relatively small, about the size of a piece of printer paper, one is as white as snow(the right wing)and the other is as black as a moonless night(the left wing). Something else will appear as well, a light around her waist, and once the light subsides a katana and its sheath appear. Her sincro rate with her Innocence is 132%

Other: Her exorcist uniform looks like a combination of Allen, Lavi’s uniforms. It looks like Allen’s, but with pants and black gloves like Lavi’s. And she wears a black cloak with red stripe trim around the hood and edges of the cloak. And it has a rose cross on the left shoulder. She’s also got a best friend, his name is Tamotsu Saito. He is also an exorcist of the Black Order. She is also an student of General Froi Tiedoll. Mizuki has a crush on Yuu Kanda(and she doesn't know it yet but she might be in love with Tamotsu)
Innocence Activate
Her wolf tail starts to glow bright white and it gets bigger and bigger, ever piece of fur lengthening, eventually becoming twice its normal size. While her tail is growing, a black and white light starts shining from the spaces between the teeth of the two zippers on the back of her uniform. They unzip themselves and two small wings appear. The left wing is as black as ink, resembling akuma; while the right wing becomes as white as freshly fallen snow, resembling humanity. Finally another light appears going all the way around her waist and growing longer on the left side; so that when the light fades what is left is a sheath, containing a razor sharp katana.
"Aqua Daemone" ("The water demon")
A large water dragon; it forms at the tip of Kenshin. He (yes the dragon is a he) can move with lightning speed towards his target. He moves according to Mizuki’s will. He can also take on any shape, since he’s water.
"Ferrum cornu" ("The horn of Iron" or “Razor Wing”)
Feathers fall from her black and white wings. They zoom towards akuma, slicing through them and destroy them once they slice through them. Once they have destroyed their target they return to Mizuki’s wings.
"Lightning gladio" ("Lightning sword")
The blade of Kenshin starts to vibrate and hum, and electrical currents start coursing through him; from the base of the blade, up the razor-sharp edge to the tip. Raw strokes of electricity will ‘sprout’ from anywhere on the blade and attack its target.
"Donec infortunii" (“Tail of Misfortune”)
Her tail will become 10 times it original weight and be like stone; causing lots of damage to akuma and anything around her.
"Ignis et lux ex mundabo cor meum et miseriam mortis pestis; Hikaru Yoshida reuertar!" (The fire and light from my heart will cleanse this plague of death and misfortune; Hikaru Yoshida come back!)
A giant flash of light appears from where Mizuki's heart resides inside her body. It lasts for at least half a minute before it fades slightly and something’s there in its place. It might be at least 10 feet tall. With a lean torso, at least a dozen curse marks and scars covering its chest and upper arms. Its hands are also scared; the exorcist uniform he wore was ripped and torn all over. There isn't a single piece that isn't torn, marked or burned. And in some places it only hung onto his body by a couple of strands. He’s so handsome, but now his face is scared and marked. The eye patch that used to cover his right eye is ripped and partially hanging off of his face. What was behind it was a cursed eye, now all that’s left is an empty eye socket. Even though he looks so bad, he’s still handsome. He’ll raise his left hand and hold it perpendicular to his body. Light will shine from his fingertips, and will grow brighter and larger.
His name is Hikaru Yoshida; he was Mizuki’s older brother. Until the accident, Mizuki refuses to talk about it, even with Allen and Lenalee. All we know (because Tamotsu told us this, it was all that he would tell us, nothing more) is that after the accident, Mizuki took in his soul. She now harbors her brother spirit. But while he was wondering, he was cursed and put through pain. That’s why he has curse marks, cuts and bruises all over him. He was once the beginnings of an exorcist.... now he stays inside Mizuki, where he stays safe and protected.
"Hikaru Yoshida commoda mihi forma lupum"(Hikaru Yoshida lend me your wolf form)
Mizuki will inhale deeply and then the place where her heart resides in her body will start to glow faintly. Her entire body will begin to glow and Hikaru appears. This time he's smaller, his normal height. Then he and Mizuki become wolves.
Mizuki changes a bit in her wolf form, she becomes a large female wolf with black fur with red and silver flecks all over. Her right ear is torn to shreds, and her left ear is white and intact. Her eyes change from amber to a shade of emerald green. In her wolf form all of her abilities still work, except the ones that she needs Kenshin for. And her voice changes too, from before it changes to a demon-like voice, deep/low and threatening. Then when Mizuki and Hikaru speak at the same time....it’s even worse. Hikaru has a white pelt. The whiteness of his fur was speckled with black and gold. His ears are torn and his tail is slightly calico.
"Vixen balteo" (“Vixen Belt”)
"Vixen adiuva me" (“Vixen, help me” she can also say this and it’ll have the same effect as helping her stand)
Something will start wrapping itself around her tail; it’ll pause once it was about half an inch up. Then each of the ten ribbons grows longer and wider, all becoming 15 feet long and one and a half inches wide. They wavered in the air around her. In the blink of an eye they’ll start wrapping themselves around her entire body. Each ribbon wrapped mostly around each of her limps and torso. Mizuki will then start moving; the 'belts' will pick her up and move her. They supported her weight and moved each of her limbs, as if she was just a marionette doll.
This is one of a few different things the cords will do. The other thing is that they’ll obey her will and do whatever she wants them to do. The cords are extremely strong, even Kanda can’t slice through them. And they have a very slight electrical charge.
Something else happened the first time she used this, ‘Kenshin started to glow and hum and her tail starts 'burning.' Its color changing from its original color to inky black.’ This might have been due to her anger. No one knows for sure.
“Fato pellicius” ("Fate's furry")
Mizuki will become engulfed in flame. As the flames quickly die away Mizuki will look completely different. Her hair will become white and navy blue, her tail is still black but is surrounded by a 'film' of fire. Kenshin is twice his normal size, black and electricity was ‘zinging’ off the edge of the blade. Her eyes will change too. Now they’ll be bright white, and they’ll seem to be glowing and letting off a sort of haze; as if they were turning into vapor.
"Pluvia caelestis" ("Rain of the heavenly")
Mizuki will kiss her blade and Kenshin will start to glow, a steam spot forms where Mizuki's lips had touched it. The fog spot condenses and forms little droplets of ‘water.’ They roll down the edge of Kenshin and drop off the tip of the blade. As they fall to earth they start to shine. But the water isn’t water, or ice, its acid and it burns Noah and Akuma.
"May iungere vires amor! Terra, ignis, aqua, aer et augue!" ("May the strength of love to join! The power of earth, fire, water, air, and metal!”)
First Mizuki has to kiss Tamotsu, then Kenshin will start to glow bright, bright white; then Sora will start glowing too. Mizuki will pull away from Tamotsu and will take Sora from him. After she speaks the proper words a column of earth, fire, water, air and metal will erupt from in between Kenshin and Sora. They’ll move towards their target in the form of a dragon.
"Aqua guttula" ("The water droplet")
A simple ability, a tear forms in the corner of her eye. When it falls it’ll put out fire, and it can act in the same way as ‘Rain of the Heavenly.’ And it can burn through akuma.
"Cor quod sanat" ("The heart that heals")
Her hands started to glow a little bit. Underneath her right hand she can feel his neck starting to cool down. Her left hand can't feel a thing so she switches her hands and places her left hand on his neck and the right on his heart. She closes her eyes and kisses Kanda on the forehead. (Example)
What happens is that she‘ll heal people, but it doesn’t work on injures. It only works on poisonings and things of that nature. Her right and left hands do the same things, they’ll both remove the toxin, and they both can ‘control’ the heart and mind. Meaning she can help them calm down. The kiss to the forehead is the real calming agent. With the kiss she’ll have a direct ‘link’ to the mind and she can implant the ‘idea’ to calm down. (that and the kiss really worked on Kanda, he was surprised. And Mizuki has a major crush on him) Then when the toxin is being removed from the body a sphere of purple liquid will appear above each hand.
"Angelus Cantus" ("Angel song")
After this is spoken, when Mizuki speaks over Kenshin her voice becomes sweet and lovelier than silk, hypnotic even. Her voice has the potential to hypnotize people and turn akuma to dust (destroying them)
"Vixen oris" ("Vixen of the mouth")
Mizuki crisscrosses her fingers and makes her index fingers and thumbs form a gun, "Vixen oris"
Her breath becomes thicker and takes on her form. (Example)
What happens is that her breath takes on her form, and whatever Innocence she happens to be holding. It can mimic her in every way.
"Macta daemonis Umbra" ("Kill the demon Shadow")
A glowing attracts her attention....her head turns and she looks behind her,
Interesting.... a new command enters her mind

What happens next is just weird...Mizuki was about to scream but her hand shoots up and stops her. She takes a deep breath and removes her hand. Her legs felt funny....like she had pins-and-needles. Her stomach started doing back flips and jumped into her throat, as if to say 'Get it away from me!'
She looks down and her legs aren't there. Just her shadow against the wall, Mizuki's eyes widened and looked at her torso. That too had disappeared. It was like her was fading into a memory....next was her arms...then last her head...until there was nothing left but a shadow on the wall.(EXAMPLE)
Mizuki becomes a shadow on the wall. She can change into any independent shadow. She can take and/or take over any shadow she touches. When she takes a shadow the shadows 'master' must do as she tells them.
"Satanae 'Benedictio'" ("Of Satan 'The blessing'" or(for easier English translation "'The Blessing' of Satan)
((Mizuki is not a Satanist, when she and Allen where cursed...well a curse is usually brought on by the Devil? Is it not?)) What this ability does is protect Mizuki and anyone 'connected' to her. The first time it was used was when she and Hikaru were being attacked by the Tease. The Pentacle appeared over both of them and 'killed' the Tease. This ability will only work with the Noah's abilities. So for Tyki...he can't pass through her when this ability is in use. The other Noah can't use their abilities on her either.

Name: Tamotsu Saito (boy)
Age: 16
Personality: I’d say that he’s very sweet, nice and kind, but at times he can be over-protective. He’ll listen to just about anything his girlfriend, Mizuki has to say. If she asks nice enough for him to do something, he’ll do it without thinking or objection. He’ll do anything to protect her too. And he’ll even go to great lengths for his friends. Around Allen, Kanda, Lavi and all the others in the Black Order, he’s a bit distant and reluctant to join in on activities, and his temper will get the best of him at times. But he’s all around a great friend.
Picture/Description: He’s about five foot nine inches tall and he has a strong build, even though when you look at him you’d guess he couldn’t lift a twenty pound weight. He has tousled black hair that’s as dark as ink. His skin’s pretty pale and there’s not a single freckle or blemish to be seen. He has a tail too, only it’s not from his Innocence. It just appeared one day while he was laying in the meadow with Mizuki. It might have come from her Innocence, but they don’t know. It’s black with grey and white flecks at the tip. And his eyes, his eyes are a beautiful, beautiful shade of silver-blue.

Innocence [Equipment]: His Innocence is a very ornate, medium-sized assassin’s knife, and its name is "Sora's Dragon Keeper" or “Sora” for short. Its handle is rather ornate, with a carved handle end, a single band running from the bottom of the carving, to the slanted “U” that starts the razor-sharp blade. Then on the center of the blade is an image printed with ink and burned to stay, it is a swirled and squared design. It starts at the base of the blade and stops in a slope several inches from the tip of the knife-edge. His sincro rate with his Innocence is 89%
Other: His exorcist uniform looks like Krory and Lavi’s uniforms. It’s the upper half of Krory’s uniform and the pants and boots of Lavi’s. And finally it has the rose cross on the left shoulder. Tamotsu has a crush, Mizuki Fujihara. He’s crazy about her and gets a little too protective when he gets the feeling that a guy is trying to flirt with her. And lastly he is a student of General Klaud Nine (and he manages to go on almost every mission/assignment with Mizuki)

Name: Allen Walker
Age: Birth date is unknown, but he was found and adopted on December 25th.,he is about 16 years old now.
Personality: Allen Walker is a very kind and generous person. He is nice, caring, and well-mannered, always polite. He is quite close to his friends, namely Lenalee Lee and Lavi. Always thinking of the lives of others before himself, he often puts himself in harm's way for other people's sakes. After his family had abandoned him because of his strange left arm, he lived at a circus where he performed odd jobs for money. His personality was different in his childhood. He was rude and cold towards Mana, Cosimo, and the other circus members. He would hit anyone who provoked him, and cursed anyone who bothered him. Allen, Mana's dog, was the only animal that cared for him and the only animal that he cared for. After Allen's death, Mana and Allen (who was called Red in the circus) became friends which formed from the bond of the beloved dog. Because of his experience with Mana as well as being cursed from turning Mana into an Akuma, Allen considers Akuma to be extremely important to him. He wishes to soothe the suffering of the Akuma's human soul by freeing it with his Innocence. He always remembers his promise to Mana, to always continue to walk, to move forward.
Allen is seen as a true gentleman throughout his ventures, but he hides the most strife and anger seen through any of the characters in the series. When observing Allen's ventures, he has caused the death and prolonged passing of his adoptive father, Mana Walker, has lost his master, with whom he shared a deep relationship with, was abandoned at birth due to his deformed left arm, and has failed to protect the various characters in the series that he has formed deep bonds with, such as Tapp, whom he felt responsible for his death after the Skulls transformation. Allen has lost those he has truly formed deep bonds with, has pushed himself into an emotional corner with self-blame, and feels like an outcast from the very humans he protects. Even with all of these negative situations constantly being pushed into his face, he continues to use the Innocence that has so drastically ruined his life to protect the world from the Noah and the Akuma. (I used ~Kettu~'s form, it felt the most well completed)

Innocence [Parasite]: When not activated, his arm is black and meets with his shoulder in a spiraling pattern that ends with tattoo-like emblem. When invoked, Crown Clown acts as a body-armored Innocence, forming a white-hooded cowl and sleeve of Innocence energy which covers his shoulders and right arm, while his left arm and hand become slender and black, clad in armor and razor sharp claws. A masquerade-style mask is always affixed to the cowl, which takes on various configurations and appearances. This transformation also changes Allen's usual hairstyle from flat to a spiky rear. As before, his Innocence possesses a certain degree of sentience, but as Crown Crown is able to manipulate Allen's entire body like a marionette when incapacitated, or simply assisting in evasive tactics.
