so call of duty is trying out this new vr set up. they asked 100k people from around the world, brought them all together in a close vivacity of one other so that everyone was on the similar ip server and time zone as well. (it's sort of similar to sword art online, if you've ever watched the anime) they get sucked into the game, a full world of online people you can meet and get to know while you are finding at least five other players to be on your team, or you already had friends that joined the vr program with you. you get to create your own character, their looks, the weapons they use and such. you spend call of duty points accordingly. (unlike the really one where it's limited unless you purchase the battle pass and such) each game you win with your team, there is a pot waiting at the end for you, split into six ways evenly across the party you joined up with. at times there will be random people you will be meeting or playing with, but that comes with the game as well. at level 5(which will be easy to achieve) you will be able to join a regiment, but you have to choose wisely, you only get one regiment so make sure you substitute for those regiments first before hand. when they realize they are unable to log out of the game, the producers and the people who created the game realized they did not account for so many people on the same server, to override and shut down some of the game itself.

so things start happening, the game starts to act as if it was glitching, but that couldn't be possible. once people start actually dying and unable to respawn, that was when people started to get suspicious of everyone, blaming them for hacking and the killing got worse. the 100k lives dwindled till there was about 30k left, regiments that still remained at they were always targets others would try to take out, regardless if you were in the regiment or not. now there is a tournament being broadcasted to the best of the best teams, if they are able to beat the hackers the game was over and they could go home. and in the meantime when there is nothing going on or the tournament is on pause, there is always war somewhere. so they have to try to keep the remaining rogue hackers from killing them as well. for a year that went on, now the regiments have banned together and chosen their most trusted generals. can they survive? can they really beat the hackers in this on going tournament and finally go home? or will the hackers get away with killing 90k people and their own.
