country. The Conclave takes place within an abandoned military base, which sits on the hills that overlook the
sea. The bunkers have been looted of all valuables, but there still remains things like files, and sheet atop
sheet of plans of combating the apocalypse that took over the world. Here, you discuss things with others
from different groups, perhaps gaining allies or enemies.
