Daniel let out a small sigh, looking down at his little sister who just pouted, wrapping herself around his legs. "Do you have to leave?" she whined out, looking up at him with puppy dog eyes as he sent her a small sad smile, "Yeah squash, I'm sorry" he said, using her nickname while ruffling her hair, twirling his car keys in his other hand. "But Dani" She whined, his aunt coming into view, "C'mon Anna, let your brother go, we have to go see mommy at the hospital anyways" she said with a small smile, the old woman also tearing up as Daniel nodded, "Yeah, and plus, I'll be back to visit before you know it, okay?" he asked sweetly, the girl letting out a defeated sigh. Daniel chuckled, bending down to her height to give her a small hug, then getting up to give his auntie one too, "I'll see you guys soon, I love you" he promised, smiling, before opening the door and stepping foot out of his home.
The boy sighed, finally, after the five hour drive he'd made it to New York. The city was huge, masses of people walked the stones streets, entertainment on almost every corner. He smiled, inhaling a deep breath before arriving upon his college. Long Island College Of Studies. He was majoring in music and art, after all he received a full payed scholarship from the building itself. He walked inside, grabbing a small cart and wheeling it out to stack his luggages and belongings, he carefully piled on his cello casing and his keyboard, his ukulele and guitar hanging off of his shoulder by the strap of the cases. He walked back inside, going right to the front desk. Him and the man chatted for a bit, "Oh and here's your key, however, we couldn't find a single dorm for you like you requested so you're sharing with someone from a different department, we don't have any information on them other then knowing they've also got into a mix up with the dorms" he warned, Daniel shrugging, "That's fine, thank you, have a good day" he smiled, waving sweetly before going to the elevator and making it up to the third floor. He quickly found his room, unlocking the door and seeing as there was nothing but the basic furniture, nobody had been here yet. The boy wheeled his stuff in, shutting the door behind him and sitting on the large couch that sat in the living room. He decided to wait until his roomate arrived, letting them have the first pick of the rooms. The only thought going through his head was who were they? and when were they going to be here?.
