Jughead started to walk to Betty’s house so they could walk to school together. He knocked on her door and smiled, waiting patiently for her to answer.

Betty rushed down the stairs as soon as she heard the knock, grabbing her things as she opened the door, her hair in the usual ponytail as she gave him a bright smile,"Hey."

“Hey.” He said as he took her hand and started walking down the sidewalk “How are you this fine morning?” He asked as he looked up at the clear blue sky.

"Good," her voice was normal. She gave him a small smile as she looked at him,"And yours?"

“Okay I guess. I forgot to eat.” He said with a soft chuckle as he wrapped an arm around her.

"I didn't either," she said with a small frown but the grin returned almost immediately,"But that doesn't matter..."

“I have you so that’s enough.” [removed]. He pulled away after awhile and looked inside his bag, pulling out a muffin “Forgot I packed this for you, here.”
