Cherub Cats Roleplay Thread

This is the official roleplaying thread for Cherub Cats. Right now, there's an "event" going on, where you can participate in an official roleplaying event for prizes! When the Event is down, normal roleplaying can ensue (or, members are welcome to arrange roleplaying threads between the two of them).

The rules of this forum are simple: Be respectful, be kind, follow all site rules, and do not godmod/powerplay. Also, only Cherub Cat owners can roleplay here. (Sorry, Cherub Cat fans )

Without further ado.

Every Time A Bell Rings Event

Introduction:
The old city of Babela, the first of many cities in the Cherub Cat’s home world, is a rustic and peaceful village home to many Cherub Cats. It is a generally quiet town, with no trouble in it. Until now.


Event:
Every time a bell rings, an angel gets it’s wings.
The Cherub Cat city of Babela has always been the proud owner of the Cherub Cat’s Chime, a bell tower that is responsible for the growth of wings in all Cherub Cats. Unfortunately, the tower has been taken over by Avarice and her henchmen. It is up to your Cherub Cats to find a way to clear the tower so the bell can ring!


The event starts with your Cherub Cat in the Town Square. Somehow, you must make it to the Bell Tower and ring the bell.


Rules:

• Follow all of Tess’s rules
• Respect all Rpers
• Do not powerplay/God mod
• You can work by yourself or with others.

To participate in this event, fill out this code! I will reply with a starter for you to begin your quest. For those of you with multiple Cherub Cats, you CAN participate with all of them!

Prize:
You’ll receive a boost of Halos each time you post / participate. If you succeed in ringing the bell, you’ll be awarded with the following item:
Rare Trait Custom Token
And
75 Halos!

"Hear ye, hear ye!" Angel the Cherub Cat stood in the town square, yelling frantically. She perked up, seeing Tori and running over.
"This is an emergency! Avarice and her henchmen are holding the Bell Tower hostage! Without it, Cherub Cats won't be able to earn their wings! This is an absolute tragedy!"

Angel motioned towards the Bell Tower, and then the school below it.

"Please, convince Avarice to let the tower go! I recommend you start in the school - most likely, one of her henchmen is in the way of getting up to it."

Where will Tori go?

"Hear ye, hear ye!" Angel the Cherub Cat stood in the town square, yelling frantically. She hesitated when she saw Raven, not sure if she should inform her or not. After a moment, she decided to run over anyway and try her luck.
"Listen. Avarice and her henchmen are holding the Bell Tower hostage. Without it, Cherub Cats won't be able to earn their wings. It would be a tragedy if this continued on any longer."

Angel motioned towards the Bell Tower, and then the school below it.

"Please, Raven, convince Avarice to let the tower go! I recommend you start in the school - most likely, one of her henchmen is in the way of getting up to it."

Where will Rave go?

Raven had been minding her own business looking at some festive decorations though a shop window when Angel made her fearful announcement, and raven was suddenly knocked off her feet as several cherub cats around her panicked and ran from the square. She hissed in annoyance as she scrambled to her feet, pushing her hair out of her face. " Watch where your going!" She yelled after the fleeing cherub cats. Then the soft voice of her friend tori sounded behind her and she turned to the pastel She-cat, " You cant be serious. I want to go home!" She complained, but her friend had already turned and was running off down the street towards the school. " Ughhhh!" Raven growled out in annoyance and took off after her friend.

Tori had been out on a shopping trip with raven in the town square when angel suddenly appeared and made her startling announcement, and her first instinct was to find raven and go to the school. She urned and saw raven nearly get trampled as Cherub cats panicked, and she was quick to dodge around fleeing cherub cats to reach her friend, " Raven we have to go help! At the school, We've got to!" She said resolutely, and then turned and took off down the street as Raven began complaining. She knew she had to do something to help, she wasn't going to sit by idling when her city was in danger.

The massive Corrupted Cherub Cat sat perched atop the school, watching the panicking Cherub Cats with interest and amusement. He spread his wings, seeing one of his brethren working with a normal Cherub Cat. Didn't she realize that this would help Corrupt Cherub Cats? Not that Corrupt Cherub Cats were bad. Cats like Vainglory were amazing! Cherub Cats just didn't see the beauty in being a little corrupt.

Vainglory dropped down, landing with a thud as he folded his slightly-torn wings. He greeted the ladies 'warmly' with a sharp toothed grin and a flash of his teeth.

"And where do you two ladies think you're going?" He conveniently blocked the door to the school, refusing to let them pass.

Raven nearly ran into Tori as she stopped suddenly, but managed to skidd to a stop just in time, her tail flicking in annoyance, " Why do you have to do tha-oh." She cut herself off as she noticed the massive corrupted cherub cat standing in their path. She was quick to shove Tori behind her, and faced the stranger with blazing golden eyes, "Oh you know, just looking to get out of the cold" She said as Tori came to stand beside her with an innocent look on her face.

Tori stopped dead in her tracks when a massive cherub cat dropped out of the sky and landed in front of her, clearly corrupted. She heard Raven begin to snap at her, then stopped as she realized the gravity of the situation. Tori stifled an indignant yelp as Raven shoved past her to face the corrupted cherub cat, and Tori felt a shiver go down her spine when she remembered that Raven was also a corrupted cat. She shook her head and came to stand beside her friend as she spoke to the massive cat, " yes, You wouldn't want us ladies to catch a cold, would you?" She asked innocently, blinking up at the cherub cat with big blue eyes.

Vainglory looked them over critically, deciding whether or not he should actually let them pass. But he wasn't dumb. He knew that his Corrupted sister was with the "holy" one. Ugh. How disgusting. She shouldn't bring herself to the level of peasants. Therefore, he decided to do what he did best _ play with Pride.

"Well, as lovely as you ladies look, why don't you two go back to shopping? A pair of beauties like you could really lovely with a pair of gold earrings." He rolled a few Halos in his paws before tossing them to the paws of his foes.

"Go on now."

Ravens eye twitched as the large adversary in front of them began to mock them, her irritated tail flicking growing more prominent and she picked one of the halos up and pretended to examine it for a moment before tossing it back at the feet of its owner, " Oh but we've done our shopping today already, you however-" She looked him up and down with scrutiny in her golden eyes, " Look like you could use a make over" She said, a little smirk playing across her face as she continued, " Why waste charity on people who don't need it, when its obvious you need it more?" She asked, her wings shifting on her back.

Tori felt her cheeks heat up as the stranger began to make fun of them, and she stiffened as the massive cat threw a few halos at their feet. Her fur was beginning to stand on end, and her long tail lashed in irritation as the insult. She couldn't help but smirk a bit as Raven sassed the massive cat right back, but even still she felt apprehension building in her stomach. She didn't want a fight, but it looked like raven was intent on starting one if she didn't get her way.
