Humans have long since died out, over years of war and destruction. But with their absence, comes a new form of life, one history thought would never come back. An ancient species, known as the dragons. With them, came the healing of the world. Allowing wildlife to take over what is left of human civilization, but also allowing dragons to evolve. Creating their own structures, and their own ranks. Then came the origins of two kingdoms, one who's heart rest within the shadows. While the other, lies within the light. Due to their contrasting abilities, on ruling their subjects, an argument broke out, soon turning into a war. This war lasted for years, where the winning kingdom will rule over the whole land for eternity. When the war finally ended, the light kingdom reigned victorious. While the shadow kingdom went into hiding, disappearing from history forever. Waiting for their enemies to lower their guard, so they may strike again. The kingdom of dragons, is ruled by a great and kind king, along side his loving queen. Teaching their daughter, so she will be prepared to rule over their subjects once their gone. But due to being in so many lessons, all she wishes for is adventure. Despite being friends with other kingdoms children, she feels as if no one understands her. While the fallen rulers of the shadow kingdom, have created a large group of outlawed rouges, just outside the kingdom and village walls within the forest. Waiting to strike, while recruiting unhappy dragons for a full scale rebellion. Such as spreading rumours and other little things, which can lead to murder. But despite of being the son of the leaders and a great thief, a young dragon is willing to prove himself yet does not wish to kill. Neither does he know on how the life of other dragons behind the wall is like, since he was born outside of the kingdom. Unlike his families group, he dreams of living peacefully within the light kingdom and having a friend, not truly understanding on why they had to steal and hurt. It is said that one day this princess and this thief will meet. But what will happen after? Will they fall in love, or just be secret friends? What would he do if she told him that she was the princess? Or that he was a thief? And what if their parents found out? Would the king send the thief away to be killed, unknowingly that he would break his daughters heart? Or would he let this boy have a second chance after time in prison? And would the leader of the rouges take advantage of this friendship and try to dragon-nap the princess to gain leverage in bargains? Or use it to infiltrate the kingdom, destroying it from the inside out? And will the two be able to bring peace between the two sides
