A Whole New World (Scogliera Abitante Roleplay)

This is a roleplay for the Scogleira Abitante species. All credit to them goes to Leonard <3 You may only join after you have got your first Scogliera. Therefore this roleplay is in invite-only. :3

Scogliera is a rare mammalian species that was first discovered on planet Na'arlac, which is where it's believed to originate from. Na'arlac is a planet surounded by two massive suns, so the species had to evolve to withstand the massive amounts of heat and radiation coming from them. As a result, these creatures can only survive within desert areas. They typically dig small dens in the sides of cliffs, where they sleep during the hottest hours of the day.

Some Scogliera love the company of their owners, and spend all day inside. Others yearn for adventure, and often roam around at night. What will your Scogliera do?

So here is my form for my own roleplay. I always post one, so it's fair.

Personality: "Well, I'd say I was quite noisy. Maybe that's an understatment! I love to make noise! I seriously cannot shut up sometimes! It's good to be loud, as it lets everyone know this is MY territory! Yes, of course I'm territorial! Why wouldn't I be? Why should I share MY food with others? I suppose if the other guy was starving.... I might give him a bit... maybe.
A mate... well, i guess a mate would be cool. Maybe if a Scogliera wanders into my territory and I like him... but it's still MY territory, and he's intruding.
Do i sound a bit snappish? Maybe selfish? I guess so. But i'm not bad! I can make friends too! Really! I'm not always friendly instantly, but that's just instinctive. I really can be quite nice, once you get to know me. Maybe we could have territories near each other. Not next to. That's way too close. It's still my area, and i'll defend it as much as I can.
I'm quite muscular, and fast... but I'm not always the strongest... what's the metaphor..... the strongest.... ahhh forget it, i'm just not always the strongest."(This is the part where I say, strongest wolf in the pack!)

History: "Well, I hate to say it, but I have no clue where I used to live, before I came to the adoption centre. Let me explain!
Me and my parents and brother went out hunting together, and I was the best hunter there! no-one could match my skill! I could run and run and run.... but that was the problem. I ran too far, got lost, and couldn't find my territory. I'm awful at tracking. So there I was, stuck in the middle of no-where, with no food and no help.
Hey, but guess what! Some giant creature came by and looked at me! As this creature stared at me, others came over and pointed at me! It was weird! One of them held out a peice of something. It smell weird... very very weird. But I very cautiously licked it. It tasted very very nice! He placed one of his hands on my head and stroked me. It was honestly quite pleasant... I gave him a small nip on the finger, part thank-you, part I-am-Strong! He motioned for me to climb on his shoulder, so I cautiously climbed his shoulder to sit next to him. The other creatures (i think they're called humans) clapped and smiled. And then they brought to an adoptiojn centre! A nice girl came by and adopted me! It was great!

Personality: "Hmm what am I like? That's a hard question. See, I don't really like running around and fighting. It's all a bit fast for me. I've always been quite gentle, so looking after pups is something I'll be good at one day. I couldn't hurt them. On the other hand, If there was a threat... I'm brave, I would defend myself and family to my last breath. No cowardly fleeing for me! I'm quite strong, but I don't use my strength often... Just hunting and den making and stuff."

History: Unlike most Scogliera, I wasn't born on that planet that we came from - Naalic, Na'arkle... something like that."

"Yes yes. Na'alac. That one. I was born in the desert, with some other Scogliera that had been released there. Apparently the area is marked for looking after 'wild' Scogliera. My parents live there. It's quite nice.. my parent were from Na-na-na.... that planet, and they told me it was really really hard to survive, and they much prefer our desert. Still, it was quite a shock when a human came by to check on us, like they do sometimes, and he stopped in his tracks. He stared intensly at me. I stared back at him, my three eyes beginning to water, my mind racing. What had I done wrong? Was I ill? I was only a juvenille at the time, so I was scared. My parents trusted him though, so didn't mind when he picked me up gently. He put me in a warm lined carrier box, and took me to an adoption centre.
