"Evil claws?" He echoed, raising a ginger brow at Clarity, and glancing in Grove's direction. He had been expecting her to argue, but he grinned as Clarity asked her younger sibling to throw away her trash for her. At Clarity's eye roll, he waves her off as she steps over, before turning his head to grin at her. "Don't worry, you can touch me." He assured her, raising a brow as she started speaking. Boy? So he was a boy now, and she was a queen? And a villainous one at that? "Oh, don't worry, I will...." He mumbled, still looking over the games before looking over at Clarity as she put a finger on the Monopoly game box. "Monopoly? You want me to take all your money, eh? Alright, fine." He taunted as she pulled the box from it's place with the other games, only snorting at her comment and furrowing a brow at her little evil laugh. "Scared? Super hero's are never afraid in the face of evil." He replied, grinning at Clarity. "So....what kind of bet exactly are we talking about?" He asked playfully, grabbing the Monopoly box from her and sauntering from out of the room, stepping at the door to turn and raise a brow at her. Mainly to see if she was following. "Motoko! Wanna play Monopoly with us?" He called, peeking into the kitchen as he arrived to his sister drinking the remains of her glass of milk. She raised a brow at him, wiping milk from her upper lip before nodding. "Can I be banker?" She asked, looking at Kai with wide eyes, he only shrugged. "How do I know your not working with Clarity, and your just going to steal all the money?" He asked, narrowing his eyes at her as if he suspected her of a crime. Like she could actually take any of the Monopoly money she stole and spend it somewhere. Motoko, looking confused, only stared at her brother. Not knowing what the heck he was talking about. "Looks like the only person I can trust in this house is Grove!" He stated dramatically, throwing his hands in the air and spinning around, looking around for the girl.

The tensing of her petite figure is quite noticable. You can touch me... What an odd thing to say. Why did he say it? Really, he didn't have to catch her off guard like that. Saying something so, dirty sounding. God. Not necessary. After a somewhat frigid movement she regains her composure and slowly looks up at him."Taking my money? Oh Contrar, darling little Kai, I will be the one doing the taking."Of course she doesn't think he's going to win. Monopoly was her game. Though she might let him win just so she doesn't have to crush his spirit. And to prove she wasn't a villain as he was so set on saying. She simply rolls her eyes at his face of evil comment."Don't make me Annihilate you."She warns, before following after him happily. So he did want to bet?"It depens on what you want if you win. How about If I win, you have to give me twenty dollars. What would you like?"She asks, tilting her head somewhat. He's probably say something ridiculous. That just seems like something he would do. She Stops at the entrance to the kitchen as a thought strikes her. She'd only known Kai for a few hours, and he and his sister were in her house playing a board game. How oddly, stranger danger like. He could be a criminal for all she knows. Letting the thoughts slip from her mind she slowly walks to the kitchen table, Motoko was done with her glass. Lifting it up in her grasp she walks to the sink and gently sets it in. As she walks back she sits down on the opposing end of Motoko."Of course you can be the banker!"She replies cheerfully, before turning to Kai and sighing."Stop thinking that everyone is just against you in the world. It's not my fault that you just have issues and you think you're a super hero."Pure Joking. A smile comes to her face after she says this to show she's teasing him, before she watches her her sister walk into the kitchen and jump into Kai's arms. Obviously enjoying the attention."I'm on your side, Kai! You can trust me."Such a kiss up the girl was. It wouldn't surprise her if grove became one of those ones who had a new boyfriend every week when she was older. just an observation she made though.

Kai furrowed a brow as she tensed, confused as to what he'd done to make her do so. Was it the "You can touch me"? He'd only been kidding, of course, if Clarity wanted to touch him, he wouldn't object. "What?" He asked, tilting his head a bit, and giving her a small sheepish smile as she finally seemed to come back to life. Not all stiff and what not. Most girls just smiled or laughed when his pervy side came out, he was always playful about it. Then again, Clarity wasn't "most girls".....He fixed his blue gaze on her green one (Stereo fails to remember the color of Clarity's eyes, I hope it's green XD) as she looked back up at him and started to speak. "Sure, sure. Whatever you say." He said, getting to his feet and stretching, looking down at her as she rolled her eyes at him. He only appeared amused at her threat, and leaned in a little closer to her. "We all know you don't really have any powers, Clarity, you don't have to pretend." He whispered, winking at her with a small grin, before heading towards the door, watching Clarity as she followed along side him. "Well, if you want 20 dollars....then I want 50 dollars!" He replied, grinning widely at Clarity, that sounded like a good deal to him. He continued walking when she stopped, only glancing back at her before carrying on his conversation with Motoko, who he heard thank Clarity quietly as she took her glass. "Yay!" Glad someone was actually making sense, she clapped as she bounced a little bit. Grinning at Kai, who scowled at her before snorting at Clarity. "I don't think, I know." He argued, narrowing his eyes playfully at the girl as she smiled at him, before nearly being bowled over as Grove jumped into his arms. Little girls were rather heavy when you didn't expect them to be jumping into your arms. "I knew it, see? Grove's the only one I'll never doubt." He commented, grinning at Grove for a moment, before placing her back fully on the ground. Raising a brow at her, before turning his head towards Clarity with a questioning look. "Grove can play Monopoly too, right?" He asked, walking over towards the table and taking his seat with a grin now on his face. "We can be on teams, and the bet can be 100 dollars!" He suggested brightly, that way, whoever won could split their earnings. He had faith in Grove, she was going to be his little side-kick, they had to spend some time fine-tuning their team-work skills. "A bet? You and Clarity set up a bet?" He heard his sister ask, he flicked his gaze over to her, nodding, before looking expectantly back towards Clarity.

At his word, she simply shakes her head, and turns her attention to the wall, suddenly apeparing very interested in it."Oh Nothing."She replies, making emphasis on the "Oh". Really he could probably figure it out anyway, why should she have to explain. At his cute little smile, she returns the smile and turns back to look at him. Blinking her green eyes as he stood there watching her. Remembering something she gives him a sly grin, stepping very close to him."I never got my hug by the way. My only nice gesture, and you decide to ignore it."Grinning yet again, she takes a step back, her arms behind her back as she sways abit. At his other words, about doing what he says she just sighs and rolls her eyes."I'm glad you agree."There he goes again, making her tense abit. When he leans fairly close. As he walks away, her cheeks fill with an annoyed puff of air, as she annoyidly follows after."You don't have to be so blunt."She mutters under her breathe, though still loud enough that he should be able to hear. After she's sat and everything, she just shrugs at his wanting of 30 dollars more than what she said."You know? I don't recall every saying something to make you feel like I'm your enemy. You just made it up. Ergo, you think."Taking the top of of the box, she begins to take everything out and lay it on the table. Starting with the game board, then with the money and cards. If they were going to be playing on teams, she'd let Motoko pick which game piece she wanted to use."If she wants to play."Though these words are quickly followed by grove insisting that she does. She only wanted to play because of Kai, on any other occasion, she'd refuse automatically. Hearing Kai, her eyes widen and she looks up at him."100? That's completely insane. We're not playing poker. But hey, if you're that confident."Turning to Motoko's she simply smiles abit."Well, I was just playing around, but we never agreed on anything. I think he's taking it abit to far though."Grove hasn't really been paying attention to them at all, just hugging Kai's arm, and agreeing with him when he spoke."Hey Kai, you said I'm your sidekick ride? Ah! What's my sidekick name? Do we get pretty outfits?"She asks, as she leads him to one of the chairs to sit down, then sitting in the chair beside him. She notices Ritty giving her a slight look, but she ignores her. She was obviously just jealous because she stole her boyfriend. Hah!

"Not my fault Grove wouldn't allow me to hug you...." He argued, crossing his arms over his chest. "I wasn't being blunt, I was just stating a fact." Grinning, he turned his head to face Clarity for a moment before frowning at her. "You said a bunch of stuff to make me think you were my enemy, with all your villainous sayings and what not. And since I'm oh so clearly a superhero, we automatically had to be arch enemies." He explained, watching absently as she took everything out of the box and laid it all out on the table. Glancing in Motoko's direction as she scooted all the money towards her, clearly excited about this whole banker thing, then grabbing the thumb tack game piece. "I thought you liked being the puppy?" He asked, watching his sister curiously. Motoko only shrugged, looking rather focused as she sorted through the cash, making sure all the different cash amounts were together. Kai glanced down at Grove as she stated she wanted to play too, and he smiled a bit. Such a good sidekick. He only shrugged at Clarity's words, looking up at her. "We can always play poker later. I'll win in that too."
"You don't even know how to play poker." His sister commented, grinning at him. "Well, neither do you." He countered, giving her a look as if to convey he felt he'd won this argument. Smiling smugly before frowning as she spoke again. "I never claimed to." She said, closing her eyes lightly and crossing her arms over her chest, as if to convey she had won. Not knowing what else to say, he snorted, much to his sisters enjoyment at managing to get Kai lost for words. Now looking towards Clarity, her wide green eyes open again, as she spoke. She nodded in understanding. "Kai takes everything to far, it's in his nature." She explained, smiling in Kai's direction. He was about to defend himself, before hearing Grove, seeming to notice just now she'd been hugging his arm the past couple minutes. "I don't know, Grove, what do you want it to be?" He questioned her, seeming to consider her question about them getting 'pretty' outfits once she'd asked. "Well, if you want to wear a pretty outfit, you can, but I'm not sure the bad guys would take me seriously in one." He said, looking thoughtful as she led him to a chair and he sat, considering possibly outfit choices. He needed a cool outfit....not tights and a cape. "Hm, do you have any ideas about my outfit, Clarity?" He asked, ignoring his sister as she gave him an annoyed look at not being asked about her opinion on the outfit.

I think I'll change Beth, to a boy. So instead of an older sister, an older brother..named Bryan or something.

She gives a aoft laugh at what he says. At least he was funny. "Oh? So you listen to little ten year olds?"She teases, gently patting his cheek, a large grin on her face. But that smile stops at his accusation of her again."I did no such thing."She stats, crossing her own arms not and watches Motoko instead. She hadn't spoken alot since they got here. At the coffee shop she interrogated her, but now she seemed abit more at ease. Reaching toward the thumb tack she fidgets it around in her fingers as Motoko and Kai speak. He was so cocky. Or perhaps it was confidence....Nah it was just pure ego loving. Really, he complained that some girls didn't like his hair, well maybe if he didn't try to act like a super hero, more people would like him. Or is that why girls liked him? Because of how he acted? Ah, so deprived she was. She was just different then most girls then, because it seemed that she didn't really look for what other's did. And she just got that from walking around town. Finally realizing that Motoko is speaking to her she sits up in her chair and sets the tack piece on the table."His nature?"She asks, smiling abit at the words. She acted as if he was animal in the jungle."Hey Kai?"She starts, brushing a few stray hair pieces from her arm."If you could be any animal, what would you be?"The question reminds her of when they were walking to the cafe, asking random questions and smiling so much. Grove seems to drift off in thought as he asks her what she wants her sidekick name to be."It has to be something, Cool, but cute at the same time."Honestly she had no idea, but maybe he could help her."What do you think it should be, Kai?"She asks cutely, a smile on her face as she does."As my costume, I want to wear a dress. I can still help while wearing a dress. Right?"Just as she's about to suggest a costume with tights and such, she's cut off when he asks Ritty for her opinion. Shooting her sister a jealous look, she grabs the puppy game piece and setting in front of Kai. Then she glances at Calrity as she answer."Mhm.. I think you should be comfortable in your costume, but for it to be cool at the same time. Here, let me..."She grabs a piece of paper from behind her and a small pencil, then begins sketching out a design for his costume, of course, just playing along with him. (I ish Don't feel like describing it, so I'll just link a picture. I didn't draw it by the way, just found it. It's actually Seto Kaiba, from I think Yu-gi-oh. I used to watch it when I was a wee little girl. Ignore the face, and pretend it's just the outfit and everything. x] ) A few minutes later she hands him the paper. "Something like that, with the cool trench coat thing going on, and the pointed shoulders. You might be able to pull it off. Or ya'know just walk around without a shirt on."

"On occasion." He replied, grinning back at her as she patted his cheek. His grin fading as she stopped smiling at him, and he raised an eyebrow at her. "Sure sure." He muttered, waving her off before arguing with Motoko. Giving the two of them a sidelong glance with a frown as Clarity asked about his 'nature'. That was just Motoko's opinion, but he turns his head in Clarity's direction as she calls his name. "Hm?" His eyes flicked towards her arm as she brushes the hair off it, before moving back up to her face when she asked her question. Not even taking a moment to think about it, he almost immediately replied, "Tiger." It was a simple answer. I mean, who wouldn't want to be a tiger? They were awesome. Looking down at Grove, he raised a brow at her as she spoke. "Aren't you suppose to be a princess? Why not have some kind of....royal super hero name. Kind of like that one chick, Queen Bee." He suggested, a bit absent-mindedly as he considered different names, he didn't have much of an idea either. Only the names he got from watching different super hero cartoons when he was younger, and reading the magazines. He made a face as she asked if she could wear a dress, could she still help in a dress? As far as he knew, girls couldn't just due whatever when they had dresses on. "I don't know, Grove. Do you think you can still kick butt in a dress?" He asked, giving the girl a questioning look before turning to Clarity as she spoke. Glancing down at the puppy game piece as Grove sets it in front of him, and picking it up in his hand. Rolling it in his fingers as Clarity spoke, and watching intently as she drew. Kai wished he had some drawing skills, he could draw some pretty awesome stick figures though. "Hm, and I thought you just took pictures." He commented playfully, a small grin plastered across his face as he grabbed the paper. Studying it curiously for a moment with a raised brow, before snorting at her comment. "I could definitely pull it off, but I think everyone would be much happier if I just strutted around without a shirt on." He said, smiling brightly at Clarity, Motoko-who snorted as he spoke-, and Grove, before making a face. He'd only just noticed he was the only guy around. Weird. "You don't have an older brother hiding around here somewhere, do you?" He asked curiously, looking around the kitchen as if he'd spot some guy walking around their house, and he'd introduce himself as Clarity and Grove's older brother.

(If you do make Beth a guy, let's pretend no one ever said anything about him XD And if you don't, Clarity can of course just say no, but I honestly just realized Kai was the only guy, and felt the need for Kai to comment XD)

-Ah..No. xD I think Seto and Joey were enemies or something. Seto was my favorite character. I love him.
I'll definitely make Beth, into Bryan. It's abit sad, Kai being the only guy. So I shall make him one. I'll probably bring Bryan up on my next post or something, he'll like ninja inside the house all quietly the sneak up behind Kai and put a fake gun to his head to scare him. Ah, then Motoko and Bryan can love each other, and she won't be so alone.-

Once Motoko's done setting up the money and all, she sets all the cards up and grabs the back of upgrading the house and all that. Setting it beside her she blocks Kai out for a moment. Mhm.. If she was his sister, whe probably wouldn've slapped him a few times. Has Motoko slapped him? It really wouldn't surprise her. At Kai's answer of a Tiger, she laughs softly to herself. He didn't even have to think about it. Had he answered that question often?"Oh, I see. I can see you as a Tiger. You already have the red hair for it."Turning to Motoko, she smiles and asks if she's ready to get the game started."Who's starting?"She asks, to no one in particular. as Grove goes on and on to Kai."You're right! I am a princess. I deserve a royal name. I like the word dutchess. That's a type of princess right? Or a mistress! Like Light Dutchess, or Mistress Chance. I Like Lilies. Mhmm..God she just went on and on. Why would any want her to be a sidekick, she's a little brat."Of course I can. As long as it's only knee length. I can barely move in a long dress. My favorite color is a sea foam green."See? She went off on topics completely unrelated to the subject. After her inner battering of her sister, Clarity turns to Kai, only smirking at him."I'm a very artistic person. I like photography, and drawing. I write every now and then. I can't sing though, or do anything athletic."She insists to him as he looks at the picture. He would look pretty amazing in it. Probably be able to run around in it easily. After his next set of words, she laughs soflty before just giving a Mocking stern nod."Yes, I'm sure they would."She replies back simply streching out her arms, and yawning abit. It takes her by slight shock when he asks if they had an older brother. Leaning across the table, she lays a hand on his face and pats it for a moment."What are you, psychic now?"She mutters, still patting his face, before pulling it back and just staring at him in mock surprise. She glances at Grove before looking back at Kai and smiling."Do you feel strange being with only girls. To much Estrogen for you?"

"Exactly, plus tigers are endangered, I think I count as a pretty rare specimen of the male gender. I'm funny, I'm gorgeous..." Naming off his awesome qualities, he didn't even hear Clarity, to caught him up in himself. Probably why he didn't think Grove was a brat, he went on about stuff too, and Motoko didn't seem to notice Clarity either, giggling at her brothers behavior. She foud it amusing he felt he had those kinds of qualities, and thought of himself as a "rare specimen of the male gender." Though when Grove started speaking, he stopped his listing, listening to her curiously with a raised brow. "Lilies....?" He mumbled, furrowing his brow at the girl. How'd they get on the subject of flowers? He was about to comment on her super hero wardrobe choice, before she stated her favorite color. Well, if they were saying their favorite colors.... "Mine's red." He said, beaming proudly as if that were some kind of major accomplishment, liking the color red. Seeing Clarity smirk from the corner of his eye, he turns to look at her with a smirk of his own. "Hm, maybe I should get you into some athletics....," He suggested tauntingly, before looking in Motoko's direction with a small grin on his face. "Motoko thinks she can sing." He teased, chuckling as she pouted at him. "I don't think, I know." She argued, sticking her tongue out at him. "And no one wants to see you half-naked either." She added indignantly, Kai only waved her off, before smirking in her direction. "See? Clarity thinks people would want to see me shirtless." He said, crossing his arms over his chest in an indignant manner of his own, before furrowing his brow into a 'what are you doing' kind of expression as Clarity started patting his cheek. "Maybe. What's with you and patting my cheek?" He asked, taking his hand and removing hers from his face, placing it lightly on the table with a small frown. Not that he had a problem with his cheeks being patted, but no one ever patted his cheeks....at least not twice in one day. Wasn't she suppose to be refraining from touching him or something? "A little. What if all this estrogen starts affecting my testosterone levels?" He questioned, glancing in Grove's direction, wondering if she knew what they were talking about at all. Was she even listening? Or was she thinking about....sea foam green lilies?

(I'm not sure this Monopoly game is ever going to get going with Kai and Grove XD)
