"Maybe they make covers for them or something," Adonis stared at his best friend and girlfriend, shocked as he realized how clueless he really was about children. He didn't know what to do even just to keep them safe! How was he going to be a father when he couldn't manage to protect them? Maybe he didn't deserve to have children!

Skippy shrugged, "I don't know," he said, "Maybe we should have someone else do this for us," he said with a little laugh. There were probably tons of things he didn't even think about that could hurt kids. Medve blinked, the nodded, "Yeah. No platic they could swallow or put around their head, knives in a cabinet up high with a lock, no toys that they could swallow and get choked on," Medve listed a few more.

Adonis looked at Skippy, agreeing with his friend's suggestion. "Why don't I just hire someone to do it for us, and we can focus on the fun stuff -- like buying cute little toys and stuff for the kids? And we can set up the cribs and repaint rooms and stuff if we want! We need to get stuff for our rooms, too." He grinned faintly at them, hoping that they would agree, so he wouldn't have to worry about forgetting something in the list of all the things that needed to be done to keep the children safe and sound in their own homes.

Skippy nodded, "Agreed," he said, "Sounds good," Medve replied, laying her head down on her pillows, closing her eyes for a moment till she looked at the clock. Nine forty nine. That was odd - she was ususlly tired at midnight. She sighed softly, as she looked at the two. "We're going tomorrow, right?" She asked. Skippy nodded, "Why not?" He said, yawning. "Man, I'm pooped," he said.

Adonis yawned as he stretched out on the bed, feeling exhausted as well. So much had happened lately, and he felt so tired: mentally AND psychically. "I could go for some sleep," He agreed, blinking groggily at them and sighing softly. They both looked as tired as he was, so he didn't think they'd protest too much to his suggestion. "Can someone show me where the guest room is?" He added. "I don't want to keep you guys awake."

"I'll show you," Skippy said, seeing Medve was already asleep, and he was going past the guest room to get to his room anyway. "Follow me," Skippy whispered, getting up and opening the door silently. Skippy then looked out the door, seeing Mia was still in her room. "Alright, it's clear," he whispered to Adonis, quietly walking on his tip toes toward the guest room.

Adonis followed Skippy silently and quickly as he could across the hallway to the guest room, where he knew he could safely collapse into sleep. "Thanks," He whispered, nodding at Skippy. His plan was to lock the door -- for safety -- then simply fall onto the bed. They could figure out the rest when they all woke up in the morning, as it was clear they were far too tired for all of this right now.

"Night," Skippy whispered, then rushing to his bedeoom, closing the door and then getting into his bed, almost instantly falling to sleep. Medve dresmt of nothing, and so did Skippy.

Adonis woke up and nearly jumped out of bed at first, shocked -- where am I?! He thought, then remembered what had happened the night before and sighed with relief. He slipped out of the unfamiliar bed and unlocked the door, peeking out slowly, wondering if anyone was awake. He didn't want to run into Mia, but if Medve and Skippy were awake, they could think something up and get out of here before any trouble was caused, to figure out things for the babies.

Miawas downstairs, playing the single player of 'The Last of Us.' So far, she loved the game, and her eyes were glued to the television. Skippy was awake, but laid there in his bed, not wanting to get up. Medve was still asleep, her door partly cracked open. One of Mia's cats stroll in, sniffing her face with purrs, which then woke up Medve. "Morris . . . " she said drowsily, pushing the cat next to her. The cat still purred, and curled up in a ball, and began to sleep.
