I... L O V E Y O U? (1x1 Adonis x Medve. Adve)

Adonis shrugged his shoulders. "I don't see why not," He replied in a slightly softer voice. "I mean -- you're pretty awesome. What guy wouldn't like you?" He looked almost slightly wounded by her comment, but he was definitely hiding most of his disappointment on the inside -- he was a darn good actor most of the time, and didn't let his feelings show.

Medve blinked at him, hearing his voice soften. "You okay there...?" she asked, a slightly worried expression spreading across her face.

"Fine." He coughed softly. "My throats just a little sore. I should have turned up the heat before I went to bed last night." He sniffled rather pathetically and sighed. "I guess I'm coming down with something." Adonis flopped against the bed unhappily.

"Oh, hope you feel better," she said, hugging him as she sat up. "I would imagine with all these blankets, you would be warm," she tried to joke, smiling slightly.
{Amg, I just want to hug Adonis right now. ;u;}

Adonis blushed as she hugged him, but hoped he could pass it off as a hint of fever rising up in his face. "Thanks," He groaned, actually feeling rather sore as he snuggled up against his pillows and blankets, feeling safe and content there. It certainly didn't hurt that Medve was right next to him, either...

Medve looked over at him, then closed her eyes, finding herself quite tired after all. After a few minutes, she was asleep.

Adonis was tired, but oddly found himself having trouble falling asleep. He writhed and twisted until he was wrapped in his blankets like a mummy, then took a while to untangle himself until the cool air brushed against his fur reassuringly. Looking over at Medve, he frowned slightly, then protectively draped one of his blankets over her sleeping form, moved just a little closer, turned over, and closed his eyes. Dreams came almost instantly then, as soon as he was sure that she was okay.

In the middle of the night, Medve heard a ringing of a phone. Her ears perked up, looking over at Adonis.

Adonis turned over in his sleep, mumbling something incoherent at the sound of the phone, but he obviously wasn't awake, and didn't even know who's phone it was. However, he seemed to sense Medve next to him, and gently draped an arm over her, smiling in his sleep.

Medve looked at him, her eyebrow raised. She got up silently, looking around. She saw Adonis phone, and looked at it. It was Audrey. She raised a brow, setting his phone on vibrate, and laying back down next to Adonis, snuggling against him.
