Standing abruptly, Averill sauntered slowly over to Randir and Mirri, keeping a nonchalant expression on his face. "Do you want to play tag or something? I'm bored," he demanded, trying to sound as if he had much better things to do but was gracing them with his presence instead. Resisting the urge to push Randir away from Mirri, or Mirri away from Randir, he sprawled annoyingly across his sister, his eyes gleaming somewhat disturbingly.

Kyiera watched in amusement as Averill basically started bossing around the two lovebirds. She couldn't help the laugh that escaped her - it was a lot louder than her last one, and she suddenly quietened, scared that she had attracted attention to wards her. Rolling her eyes - she was acting like a pup again! - she trotted over to Ruelle and lay beside her beta. Her eyes closed as she feel into a light sleep - she would wake at the sound of danger, she knew - she had been trained for it.

Randir's trance was broken when Averill trotted over to them and declared that he was bored and wanted to play tag. Albeit reluctantly, the brute stood up and nuzzled his mate farewell for the time being - it wasn't good if he started hogging Mirri to himself, and he didn't want to lose the friend he found in Averill. "Sure - I need the stretch anyways," he replied, giving the fae one last glance before pushing his 'brother' playfully. "Can't catch me!" he teased as he shot off, taking full advantage of the open area they were in.

Ruelle shifted slightly in her slumber when Kyiera settled down beside her, but beside her twitching muscles she didn't wake. It had been a long time since she had the chance for a nap that wasn't fitful and worried.

Averill cheered when Randir dashed off, forgetting his whining in a moment. "See you later!" he called over his shoulder to the rest of the pack, shooting off after Randir. They wouldn't normally do this sort of thing, but the quiet peace of the last few days had caused a sense of safety to descend on the pack. In no time at all, they were a few hundred metres away from the pack, running in circles as they tried to stare the other down, except Averill kept laughing.

((Okay, here's what I got so far: right now, the pack is slowly recovering from Chaser's death, but that's it, really. Randir and Mirri have become mates and that's it, really. We can jump start the RP somewhere else or if you'd like to follow the current storyline, that's fine too. =3))
