Elsa of Arendelle wrote:I ventured down to my local park with Flora and Sherlock, resisting the urge to skip in my excitement. This was the first time I'd taken my lytes off my property, the closest being having them sitting outside in the rays of a summer sun. We entered the lush green meadow, me beside Flora and a Sherlock's jar in my arms. Dear Flora was released already and I was working on letting Sherlock out. However, just for now, I was going to enjoy the sun with them. "C'mon, let's go!" I chuckled as I placed Sherlock at the base of a thick tree trunk beside a pile of brightly coloured leaves, and danced in circles around Flora. "We have this whole park to ourselves. What should we do?" I thought hard. "Hide-and-seek?" I asked Flora, covering my eyes with my hands and squeeing, 'peek-a-boo!' "Or leaf-jumping?" I flopped down onto the leaves beside Sherlock and threw a handful of them up into the air, watching them rain down around us. "It's up to you!"
Flora's lytes - Spectrum, Prism and Flying Mint Bunny - trailed behind her, probably unsure of what to make of all this. I could understand their apprehension as it had been awhile since their last sunny day, and through extension since their last play in nature.

Before the Lytes could do anything, an odd glow starts around the lid of Sherlock's jar. It suddenly flashes and the lid flips off. It appears that the spell you purchased earlier has finally activated and Sherlock is free! To celebrate, he flickers out of his jar and begins zipping circles around everyone, apparently pleased to "stretch his legs" as you might say.
Flora "hops" about and her companions flicker around, trying to catch the racing Sherlock. Then, as if they had been plotting together, the four Lytes suddenly disappear!
For a second your eyes widen because you're afraid they've left you! But Flora's still there, and she seems to be flickering as if amused at something. She "hops" to a nearby rock sticking out of the grass and pokes it with her "nose". From behind the rock, Prism appears, strobing in Faerie Lyte laughter. Apparently they chose hide and seek! :3

I sat up quickly and my eyes widen in astonishment as Sherlock's jar flips open and the cute lyte finally finds his freedom and flits out into the open. I grinned at him whole-heartedly, letting out out a cheer of celebration as I tried to watch him circle everyone at the speed of light. Flora always had her little lytes, but now Sherlock can join in the fun! I felt a lot better knowing that he wasn't stuck in his jar anymore.
But then Sherlock and Flora's little lytes all vanish and an icy shiver creeps across my skin. I leapt to my feet and glanced at Flora, clearly panicking. Was it something I said? Was it something I did?
Before I had a chance to think, the green bunny lyte hippity-hopped over to a rock surrounded by a ring of tall grass. As she nuzzled it fondly, Prism rose from her hiding place behind the stone and hovered around Flora. The two of them buzzed with mischievous excitement and I finally put the two pieces together. Prism rose from her hiding place... Oh, I laughed nervously as I awkwardly scratched the back of my head, I get it now!
Understanding that it was Flora's turn to 'seek', I crept quietly a few metres away and hid behind a tree trunk that I hoped would be thick enough to conceal me from her view. I was a little worried about Sherlock as it was his first time outside his jar and I hoped that his excitement didn't get the better of him, but I knew that the other lyres would take care of him just as they took care of each other. Relaxing, I let out a deep breath, ready to have some fun with this!
I'm looking for the Donner Dog from the Christmas 2010 Sleigh litter,
the Grey Husky from the Christmas 2015 Husky litter, and the
Green Field Moon 2nd Gen from the April 2011 Field Moon 2nd Gen litter!

I'm collecting the 2020 Easter bunnies designed by Anouki. They're based on a
Japanese pottery technique where items are repaired by glueing the pieces back
together with a (typically) gold lacquer. It's called "kintsugi" and the idea behind
this is that broken things can still be beautiful, a mantra that has helped me cope
with the latest years of my depression. I've been saving up for a tattoo, to be my
first one, which will also be fashioned after kintsugi. That's why this design holds
a lot of sentimental value for me and, consequently, why I'm setting up a hoard
for them: to remind myself that even though I'm still struggling now, I will get
better. Please help me with this hoard. Thanks for reading. ~Love from Moony

Prism's glee softens into a much more subdued glow as she saw that their little prank had upset you. Without taking a moment to consider her actions, she glides over to you and hovers on your shoulder, giving you an apologetic nuzzle which sends a warm, reassuring and happy feeling from your cheek down to your heart. Flora appears not to have seen Prism revealing your hiding place.
She "bounces" around, finding Flying Mint Bunny, then Spectrum. For a few moments Flora seems to be having trouble finding either you or Sherlock. Then she finally finds you.
At this point Sherlock has not shown himself and Flora lets out an almost musical strain of whistles, sounding something like "Olly Olly Umfree!" And without further adue, Sherlock suddenly bursts out from a rabbit hole by the stream! And he has a surprise for you: He has found his form! That of an otter! :)

I noticed the now worried Prism notice me; she fluttered over hurriedly, wanting to reassure me. As she rests upon my shoulder and nuzzles me lovingly, I reach up and tickle her a little to show that I understood now. "It was just a bit of a shock," I whisper to her, "but don't worry - I like hide-and-seek, too!" The smile returned to my face as I realised how lucky I was to have befriended all of these little lytes. But for now, I was distracted at the adrenaline coursing through my veins. I could hear Flora bounding around happily, letting out little squeals of delight at her discoveries of two others. Then I listened closely as the sound of crunching leaves grew closer... and closer... and closer, until-
"Ooh!" I squeaked as our seeker finally lolloped around the tree and glanced up at me matter-of-factly. "Alright, you got me," I laughed as she accompanied me carrying Prism back into the clearing. Her other friends, Spectrum and Flying Mint Bunny, had been discovered. But there was still no sign of Sherlock. The only thing keeping me calm now was the young Prism's warm friendly nuzzles. Maybe he had gotten too excited and ventured further into the park than we'd realised?
But then Flora whistled a pretty musical calling tune for him. As if on cue, the mysterious winner of the Game finally revealed himself, springing out of a rabbit hole beside the freely-flowing stream... sporting an adorable new form, that of an otter! I gaped at him, surprised, then picked him up and gave him a hug. "I'm happy for you, you mischievous little lyte!" I tickled him for a few seconds, making a mental note to celebrate when we returned home, then put both him and Prism back down. "Who's seeking now?" I asked, prepared for another round.

Sherlock, pleased to have been able to please, does a few graceful somersaults in the air and comes and nuzzles you under the chin. Flora celebrates with Sherlock by bouncing about gleefully, her little trail of Lyte companions whirling about with her in a sort of tornado of joyful Lytes! The bouncing and whirling turns into a sort of dance and sherlock joins in, "swimming" through the air in graceful loops, easily keeping in time with Flora's dashes and whirls. Its a rather beautiful spectacle and they seem to be doing it specifically for your benefit.
