The redhead smiled and nodded at the other girl. “ah…that’s cool,” she said, though secretly hid her own feelings. This being…would she seem childish or babyish for the fact she still lived at home? She shook her thoughts away, and nodded again. “ah, that’s great, that they come to visit and bring food sometimes.” She smiled as she said this, then glanced around. Both she and the cat jumped a bit as they heard the thunder…Her ears went back, and she quickly grabbed the kitty and picked her up. Both their tails lashed nervously a bit. The redhead then sighed at herself, and shook her head. She said “A girls night sounds amazing.” It reminded her of when they’d had sleep overs when they were children, before the…misunderstanding.

~Kiya~
“Yeah, it is.” She said, tensing abit as the sound of thunder slowly got closer. Good thing her house was just up ahead. “It’s ok. It’s abit further behind us than we’re hearing. My house is just up here.” Her tail flicked against the wind that started to blow, not picking up speed until she turned into her driveway and up the steps. She pulled her keys out and opened the front door.

The redhead glanced around a moment, then shook her head. She silently scolded herself for being so nervous of the storm. It wasn’t even that close…as Kiya had just stated. She nodded and said “Okay,” and continued to follow the other girl, watching her open the front door.

~Kiya~
She then stepped aside to let the other girl go through. “Come on in.” She said with a smile, wincing lightly when the wind picked up abit. She then followed the redhead through the door and closed it once they were inside.
“You can sit anywhere you like. I can go get the take out menus from the different places in town off the kitchen table, would you like anything to drink?” She asked, ears perked forward as she stood in the doorway to the kitchen

The redhead nodded as she looked at the other girl. She walked into the house then waited for Kiya, and watched her shut the door. She said “Honestly, I could go for California rolls or potstickers. The potstickers would have to be gluten free…I’m not sure any takeout places do gluten free. I could be wrong…but the places I’ve seen that are gluten free are usually cafes and stuff. I don’t know if Cafes do delivery.” She shook her head a couple times, and placed the cat down now that they were inside. “Drinks…do you have any sweet tea, or peach juice? Otherwise, I’d just drink water since that’s easy.” She giggled a bit, then shook her head at herself. She hummed and smiled as she looked at the wolf girl again.

~Kiya~
“We have a handful of options.” She said with a flick of her tail. She pulled out a stack of take out menus from the owners that would frequent her work place when their business would close for the night. She then walked back in and set the stack on the coffee table. She went back to our them both drinks. Coming back out, she handed Jeshii hers while she sat in the recliner on the other side. “Fresh sweet tea, just made this morning.” She said

The redhead nodded as she looked at the other girl. She said “Okay,” and watched the other bring the menus over. She then watched the other girl go back out, presumably to get the drinks. She herself picked up the menus, to start looking at them. She heard the other girl coming back, so she looked up again. She took the glass of tea, and smiled as she said “Thank you.” She then looked at the menus some more. She finally found one that used rice noodles, and actually made their food separately, seeming to have three or four different stoves/whatever.

“Whatcha find?” Kiya asked lightly, ears perked when the sound of thunder rumbled loudly outside. She lightly huffed before looking back to Jeshii. She looked at one before putting it back on the stack, thinking she was gonna like whatever the other girl picked.

The redhead looked over at the other girl. “This one has a little blurb about how they have three or four cooking stoves or whatever. They do one for gluten and eggs, one for gluten and no eggs. Then there’s ones for non gluten. One is for non gluten and eggs, and one is for without eggs. That’s honestly really good,” she said. “I’m allergic to eggs in a bad way…so it’s good to know. Anyway! Um…should we try that place?” she asked. She held the menu out to the other girl.

Omg I am so sorry, I literally thought I replied. Started a new/old job and it’s just been abit hectic)

“Yea. We can try it.” She replied with a nod. “My treat. Pick whichever you want from the menu.” She gave a small smile before looking at the menu before deciding what she wanted to get. As the storm raged on, she sensed it would lighten up soon before the delivery driver would come with their order.
