The leopard relaxed a little at Sydney's words, his gaze flicking to Cy. By now he could see clearly, even in the dim light. Both the others were shorter than him at first glance.
"..Hello Sydney." He replied before glancing to Cy, tail still twitching nervously. "..This sounds like a stupid question but- any idea where.. What this place is..?"

You look in the mirror and see what you saw. You pull out the saw and cut the table in half. Two halves make a hole in the wall." and then we're home free xD)

Beck let his shoulders relax noticeably as the noise died down. He couldn't handle the racket. He stood slowly and shakily, still fearful of the dragons. Death? Was that really a penalty here?

Altair let out a breath as soon as the voice disappeared. He brought himself to his feet and shouted in hopes of getting everyone's attention. Out of the corner of his eye, he caught Q slowly making his way back to the middle.

"Hey! Everyone! Pull yourselves together and quit with your blabbering. If our lives are really at stake here, it'd be a pathetic way to go, arguing yourselves to death. Step away from the damn dragons and try not to disturb something most of you likely have no chance against." he paused, narrowing his eyes in thought, "I want everyone who has some kind of weapon or... special ability over here. Anyone else unfortunate enough to get dragged into this will need to group up as well. I want to have a civilized discussion on how we're getting out of here." He stared a few of them down, wondering if that had gotten through to everyone. Utter chaos obviously hadn't seemed to be getting them anywhere.

Orion bit his lip, thinking. Did being able to cahnge from one form to another count? I mean, he thought, his feather/hair starting to rise again, it wouldn't be that big a deal in my world. He crouched there for another heartbeat or so, undecided, before he slowly stood and started walking forward.

Sydney shook his head, glancing around for the source of the screeching voice. "I-I think we're just as cl-lueless as you ar-re.

(I don't remember, did I mention he stammers a lot when he talks in the form?)

"I think it's best we stick together for now," Arthur muttered, and the others nodded. Seeing Altair seemed to be the only one making sense, he began to make his way towards him.
"Arthur," he said, holding out a hand. "What you say makes sense." He raised his voice so others in the room could hear him. "We should do as the voice said, try to find a way out. It seemed the most logical course to take. Everyone, check a door. Once you have, mark it in some way or other. It is possible that one of these doors lead to freedom. Callum, Katrina, take charge of that. Get a group together." They both nodded, and Callum bounded onto the table.
"Anyone who wants to help, come over here!" he called.
"The rest of you, those with weapons and abilities, make yourselves known," Arthur continued. "Actually, it might be best to make a list of who and what we have. Does anyone wish to make this list?"

Oscar's tail swept up into his paws, where- out of habit- he began wringing it nervously. Nothing about this place was familiar. He'd never seen so many- dragon creatures in one place.. Or so much polka dot wallpaper. Just looking at the scattered spots was making him begin to feel a little uneasy, which was strange considering he lived with his fur markings everyday. His ears flattened at the sound of the voice, but he immediately tried to block it out.
"Oh..." He muttered, taking another step away from the door. "So you have no idea? Not even a clue? Nothing? How did you get here? Do you have any idea how you got here?"
His questions strung together by the end, beginning to sound a bit frantic.

Aria shrugged in agreement with Arthur and walked up to the nearest door, peered in, sighed, and scratched a mark on the middle of the panel.
"And that leaves... What, only a million?"

When the voice piped up, the dragons immediately quieted down and listened. At the mention of death, Ith shuddered and flapped his wings a bit. Death did not seem like a fun concept right now, no sir. He glanced over at the girl who yelled at them, quirking a brow at her.
Tavurth and the two dark brown dragons beside him looked over at the strange Fleshy telling everyone to get away from the "damn dragons." The horned male narrowed his eyes - it was rather pathetic how these stupid little Fleshies just assumed that dragons were incapable of learning Fleshy speech. So, when that same Fleshy asked for those with weapons or special abilities to come over, Tavurth stood and, with a flick of his long tail, led the two dark brown dragons over. They sat down calmly, watching the Fleshy patiently as they waited for him to speak again.

After watching his gun be thrown literally to the beasts with a crestfallen face, Cael listened to the voice, fidgeting energetically. As soon as the voice stopped, he punched his arm into the air and let out a whoop. "Sweet! If we're gonna do this, I'm gonna need my gun back!" Seeing as Ith had moved away to the group that was forming, Cael sprinted to where they had previously been occupying the space, snatched up his gun from the floor, and ran over to the newly-formed group. Being Cael, he didn't really check who he stopped next to and ended up next to the dragon he'd shot. He looked at the spot where his shells had hit and frowned. If they were going on an adventure together, he couldn't very well have an injured companion. His attitude, which tended to flip as quickly as his mouth could move, was all sunshine and rainbows as he rattled off apologies to the dragon looming above him. "I'm really sorry that I shot you-" He was digging in his bag for something... it must be in there somewhere... "-but you can really be scary-" He brushed the hair out of his eyes. "-and where I come from, there aren't any creatures like you so I just-" He put down his gun so he could search with two hands. "-kind of fired just in case-AHA!" He pulled out a small medical kit he'd stolen from the nurse's office back at school and dropped it on the floor, closing his backpack and finally looking up at the dragon. "Well, anyways, I'm sorry. I guess you can understand me since you walked over here and all for that guy, but can I patch you up? I mean, it really is my fault, but if you don't want to, that's fine too." Cael finally took a breath and grinned at the dragon above him, clearly feeling no ill-will towards the towering creature.

Ignoring the group forming, Aria continued to peer into doors, then scratching them off with an annoyed sigh.

Vered

After hearing the message, Vered ran a hand through her hair and crouched back against the wall. Her chin resting on her clasped hands and her elbows propped on her knees, she sat back and watched the strangers try their best to get organized.
It was a strange message; that was something Vered would admit. However, it just didn't have a foreboding ring to it. Above all, it was confusing.
The voice mentioned a challenge.
Vered sighed.
She'd believe when she saw it. Even as some kid instructed all strangers with weapons and "abilities", as he called them, in one corner of the room, the young woman didn't move. Several of the members of the group, though a bit strange, seemed capable enough; Vered doubted they'd need her assistance.
The entertainment was free to resume.
