The male could sense that all eyes were now on him, since the Shaman rogue had vanished into the darkness as swiftly as he had arrived. He sat up straight, his fur bristling. The truth was, he had no idea what he wanted. He'd been alone for so long. He was used to living by his own rules. Living freely. Hunting freely. No one telling him where he could or couldn't go. No boundaries. Just him and the open plains. Was he ready to give that all up? To go into the confinements of pride life? On the other hand, how much longer would he survive on his own? The roe deer carcass beneath him was the first piece of food he'd managed to get in about three weeks. Who knows when he'd eat again?
If he would eat again. Feeling himself being pressed into a decision from all the watching eyes, Alik was made to feel uncomfortable. If this was how they saw fit to treat there own, let alone someone they were trying to recruit as one of their own, this pride was not the place for him. "I'm sorry," he growled, his voice low and coarse," but I have to say I'm going to decline your offer." He nodded to the pride Guardians, getting to his feet. "I will leave now and will never bother your lands again." He turned his back on them and began to walk away. He paws sank into the heavy snow as he trudged through the thick, white mass.
All that he left behind was a half-eaten deer carcass...-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Crush/Mate None of your business! >:P
The female looked over at the two Guardians, her eyes burning with anger. Had they just completely ignored her? She'd found the scent of prey large enough to supply the entire pride for several days. And these two had just glossed over this fact. Melody scowled at them, before turning her back to them and beginning to follow the scent trail. "If you want something doing," she muttered to herself quietly, "do it yourself!" She walked a few paces away, before calling back over her shoulder. "I hope you two lovebirds have a lovely time, chasing invisible intruders!"
