Hannah smiled "Just feel her sides and guess"

Sandy flicked her tail and snorted Asher pet her "I know I know you are ok" he said as Sandy swung her head around to sniff at Rosa but Asher held her head enough so that she could not bite if she tried which was unlikely

Alex got up before moving to them and gently feeling Moon's sides,"Well, if you say 3, I'll say 4." He said.

Rosa looked carefully at the leg,"It does look a bit swollen." She said.

Hannah nodded "Ok... Sounds reasonable" she said

Asher nodded "yea I was worried about that"

Alex nodded back,"Okay then." He said.

Moon meowed as she looked at them.

Rosa nodded before gently lifting Sandy's hoof off the ground and gnelty prodded where it was swollen, trying to find out the cause.

Hannah smiled and then saw missy pounce at dusty and laughed "I wish someone would come adopt those two they are so sweet... Or even just one of them"

Asher saw it before it was coming and quickly moved to push Sandy sideways as she tried to stomp her foot back down and kick at them "Whoa! It's ok!" He said and looked at Rosa "You ok? You must have hit a sensitive spot... She usually doesn't try to kick"

Alex followed Hannah's gaze to the two cats before nodding,"Yeah, they do make a cute pair." He said before chuckling a bit, watching Dusty and Missy play.

Moon meowed as she looked at them before she headed back to the box in the corner.

Rosa quickly took a step and watched them before taking a quick breath and nodding to Asher,"Yeah, I'm okay. I know what you mean. Something definitely isn't right. I couldn't get a good enough feel to know what's wrong, yet." She said.

Hannah watched the cats and headed for the door "come on"

Asher nodded and tied Sandy's head so she can't bite and stood so he could push her if she tried to kick again "Ok go ahead and check her foot"

Alex nodded before following her out.

Rosa watched him before crouching down a little as she petted the mare,"It's okay, Sandy, just relax. I'm not going to hurt you. I'll take it a little slower this time." She spoke softly as this time she first just gently lifted Sandy's hind leg.

Hannah closed the door "they will be ok for the rest of the day I think Moon needs down time"

Asher nodded and pet Sandy "It's ok"

Alex tilted his head a little,"Down time?" He echoed.

Rosa carefully watched Sandy as she lifted her leg,"Good girl, Sandy." She softly praised the mare,"I'm going to start feeling now. Just stay still." She said softly before gently placing her fingers a bit higher then the swollen area before carefully moving them downwards with little movements, getting a feel ov what was going on.
