Hikaru

"Really. You don't need to make such a fuss over me, guys." I beam at them, though, thrilled to death that all my friends care for me so much. "I love you guys, but.... Really. I don't need anything too special."

Kyoya-Senpai stands up, adjusting his glasses, clearing his throat. "Kaoru. Please get off of him, I believe he-" I wrap my arms around him and bring him in for a hug, Senpai stumbling into me.

“We are just glad your feeling better.” Honey said, going to hug Hikaru.

“Maybe we should go to the beach again sometime.” Tamaki said.


Really, Senpai…You know I can’t swim! Haruhi thought. “Or we could go to the zoo.” She said.

Hikaru

"The zoo?" I grin, looking over at Haruhi. "That's a great idea!"

"Really?" Kyoya-Senpai tilts his head. "But.... your-"

"You worry too much!"

"You have a concussion!" He growls, crossing his arms. "I don't think it's a good idea to-"

I stick my tongue out at him. "Boo. You're no fun."

“I never meant today. Let’s wait until Hikaru is allowed to leave the hospital.” Haruhi said.

“But he said he’s fine!” Honey protested.

“Just wait and see what the doctors say.” Tamaki said.

“Hikaru’s better and we still have to wait until he can get out of here? That’s not very fun.” Honey pouted.

HIKARU

"Hi-" Akito walks in, followed by Senpai's father, not even looking at Kyoya. That's sad.... "Alright Hikaru, we're here to-"

"Examine your head trauma."

Akito nods, gesturing to the clipboard. "Yes. That." He moves closer to ne, and out of the corner of my eye, Kyoya is glaring at his father.

Tamaki remained calm, although deep down he wanted to drag Kyoya away from his father before Tamaki did something drastic, like give Kyoya’s stubborn father a black eye. At least say something nice you maniac! Maybe acknowledge your youngest son! he thought.

“But he says he’s fine. Surely he just needs rest.” Honey said.

Haruhi could feel the tension coming from Kyoya and his father as well as Tamaki “Let’s give Akito some space so he can examine Hikaru. Just for a few minutes.” She said, hoping Tamaki, Honey, Kyoya and his father could actually give him space. Even she wanted to say something to Kyoya’s heartless father. She couldn’t help frowning as she dragged Honey out of the room. “He is a creep. What kind of father treats his youngest son like he’s not important?!” Haruhi said.

“I think the whole hospital heard that.” Honey said.

(Is it weird I actually want Kyoya’s father to hurt Haruhi? Maybe punch her?)

KYOYA

My eyes follow the group out of the room, and I pick myself up from the chair. "Sure." Once we're outside, I Bite my cheek to keep from screaming, laying my head on the wall behind us. "My father, apparently." I drag myself up with a sigh. "Is anyone hungry? I might go down to get something."

“I could come along.” Tamaki said. Maybe if he went with Kyoya his mommy might calm down from the awkward encounter with his father. “I’m not that hungry but I may get a coffee.” He said with a smile at Kyoya.

“I’d like some cake and a coffe.” Honey said.

“I guess I’ll have some coffee.” Haruhi replied. She could certainly use it since she worried so much for Hikaru.

KYOYA

"Perfect." I nod a bit, hands in my pocket, as I take the lead and step into the elevator, holding it open for everyone. "Are you all ready? Coffee does sound pretty good about now."

“Let’s go. I’m sure by the time we get back Akito will be done checking on Hikaru.” Tamaki said getting in the elevator.

“Do you think he can leave today?” Honey asked, following behind Tamaki.

“The doctors might want to keep him overnight.” Haruhi said as she got in last.
