river watched the screen as marcella went through the pictures, humming slightly and nodding. "it looks awesome. how long has it been on the market? if it's been on for a while we could probably get them down some." he mused, kissing her cheek and smiling.

marcella scrolled down. “four years.” she said, looking to him. “is that enough? maybe we could get it down by at least one hundred thousand.” she shrugged. “maybe i can book a private showing.”

"see if you can book it and then we'll go from there." river spoke, kissing the top of her head and turning his head to the door as the doorbell rang. grabbing the cash for the pizza, he jogged off before returning with the delicious smelling food. "dinner is ready."

marcella booked the showing before closing her laptop. when river sat down with the pizza, she curled up next to him, asher and butler in her lap. she took a piece with a smile. “mm, smells amazing.”

river smiled, kissing marcella's temple and taking a slice for himself, biting into it. "tastes amazing, too." he spoke with a chuckle, glancing to the tv and sighing in contentment.

marcella nodded and kissed his cheek, taking a bite of her pizza. she smiled. “how do we tell your parents that we’re probably moving out?” she asked quietly.

river hummed at marcella's question. "they won't have too much of a problem, considering the house is close. im sure they'll be grateful for more space." he spoke with a soft laugh, finishing up his first slice of pizza.

marcella nodded. “they’ll probably use your room for kat’s twins or something.” she shrugged, finishing her first slice. “i mean, if we were going to have a kid, where would it stay if we didn’t move out, besides our room?”

river nodded in agreement. "yeah, it's definitely time for some more space." he chuckled quietly, pulling marcella into his chest and kissing the top of her head. "i love you."

marcella grinned. “love you more.” she replied, giving him a kiss. “i can’t wait till we’re married.” she said, wrapping her arms around him.
