Silent Night

Silent continued to smile as she reached to take a pastry and cut it in half. She picked up one half and put the warm, delicious, and sweet custard pastry into her small mouth. It was very good, and she tapped, Thanks, Thyla.
Thyla probably didn't know if Silent was deaf yet, but Silent had a small feeling that twisted anxiously in her stomach that Thyla might have her suspicions.

She stuck another in her mouth. The biscuits, she discovered, were quite good when
hot, so she ate a few more.

Well, I kind of live here, you could say. Thyla said. She stuffed
a few more pastries in her mouth.
And the best part is that you can come here all you like!
They don't just sell them, they trade the food, too.
Thyla tapped. She felt like she did it too hard and fast, but
what was said was said.

Silent understood most of what Thyla had said, so she tapped, Very cool.
After a moment of eating, the sounds of crunching probably evident to Thyla but oblivious to Silent, Silent decided
to ask Thyla another question. Just to keep the conversation light. So, ever dated a jewelie? she tapped,
her curiousity evident in her manner of tapping.

Never have. I don't exactly want to either. I don't think anyone like -likes- me
Thyla said. She was telling the truth. Hmmm. I'm wondering... what's your favorite kind of cookie?
she asked. Her tapping was curious, and he tilted her head a bit.

As Thyla explained, Silent tapped, Haha, me neither.
At the question. Hmmph, cookies. Silent's ears swiveled around although nothing
could be heard through the useless limbs and then tapped, I think I'll stay original and say chocolate chip.
Although, I do like brownies and blondies, and sweets in general. Not big on candy, but baked
goods. What's your favorite? Cookie and pastry?

As a pastry, I like hungarian chocolate snails. I think they are in a swirly
shape with chocolate in between. As for cookies, I like oatmeal with white
chocolate, plus a few raisins. Not too many raisins, though. Thyla answered.
She shifted her eyes around then just closed them. They were useless to her anyway.

Silent wondered more about Thyla and then started to ask something she knew she
might regret asking. She never meant harm. Do you mind if I ask you something personal?
Then she realized, and Silent tapped quickly, adding, You don't have to answer it if you don't want to.

She wasn't sure about what it would be. She didn't mind
though, hoping it wouldn't be mean.
