Motoko shook her head, not really knowing what Bryan wanted from her. Kai honestly didnt have much of a type as far as she could tell. "Well, I've never seen him with a blonde or anything before, so I guess he likes girls with darker hair....and brown eyes. I think he prefers brown eyes. Motoko said, nodding. "I don't think he cares much for personality unless the girl is like...slow or something." She murmured thoughtfully, Kai had never gone out with chick who wasn't very bright before, he really didn't even date that much. He'd had a few girlfriends, but he wasn't the type of guy to always have a chick on his arm just for the sake of having someone to call his girlfriend. At his question, Motoko blushed a little, before giving a small shrug. Motoko didn't really like blondes either, she preferred dark hair, black being her favorite, and light eyes. She didn't really care much for personality either as long as the guy wasn't obnoxious or anything. Her and her brother just liked who they liked. They had more in common than either of them would like to admit. Motoko figured Kai was mad because he thought Bryan's joke had challenged his manlyness, and he didn't appreciate it. That sounded like her twin. Motoko nibbled on her own piece of bacon, watching Bryan curiously. She figured he was going over their convo in his head, judging her brother, making assumptions. Motoko smiled softly at Bryan, reaching over the island to remove his hands from his face to watch him with bright green eyes. "Maybe you should just be more careful." She suggested, giving a short nod and sitting back more firmly in her seat. Popping another piece of bacon in her mouth. She chewed for a moment, before smiling. "Bryan, how do feel about Grove and her undying love for my brother?" Motoko asked playfully, she figured his answer would be rather interesting considering how much he disliked Clarity and Kai as a thing. As far as Grove was concerned, Kai seemed to be her husband of some sorts.

Maybe Kai was being rude, but he just didn't get it, and he tended to judge things he didn't quite understand. I mean, who didn't like birthday parties? Kai only raised a brow at her confession, maybe he'd have to throw Clarity a birthday party himself one day. He suspected there was more to this whole not liking birthday parties thing, but he smiles as Grove bounds over, not at all surprised Grove made sure she got a party. Kai let out a small laugh at Grove's comment about Clarity's parties being bad, it was mainly the way she'd said it that got him. The red head didn't notice Clarity's hurt look until she spoke, and he watched her with curious blue eyes. When she smiles though, he only smiles back at her, shaking his head at her apology and muttering a 'no problem'. He raised an eyebrow at Grove's embrace, smiling smugly as Clarity said nothing in response to be jealous. He took that as her way of saying he was right. 1 point Kai, 0 points Clarity. Kai makes a face as he notices Clarity's got the ball, running a hand through his hair. "I'm assuming you know how to throw the ball about as well as you can catch it huh?" He teased, grinning widely at Clarity now.
