"That woukd be really cool!" He said, clearly in awe of this and marvelling at the idea of cooking for himslef. The only cooking that happened in Hell was the torturous sizzling of human flesh.

Before long they arrived back at the bunker, Sam opened the door for Lindal and let him inside first. "Here we are. Back home."

Lindal stepped into the warmth, his face flushing red with the temperature change. He stretched and looked around before clutching at his stomach. "Dinner time!" He said excitedly.

[Light Bringer]

"Yup. Let's get all the ingredients first." Sam said, walking over to the kitchen and looking in the pantry where he had some pasta and pasta sauce. He pulled them out and placed them on the bench before getting the minced meat out of the fridge.

Lindal watched, not quite tall enough to help getting the stuff out. He disappeared into the eating are and returned dragging a chair along the floor. He pushed it so the bakc was against the bench. He climbed up so he was now at about Sam's chest height.

[Light Bringer]

"Oh, sorry Lindal, I should have thought of that." Sam said, getting a pot of water on the stove and waiting for it to boil. At the same time he opened the minced meat. "Think you can help with this?" He asked showing Lindal how to roll the meat into meatballs.

Lindal nodded eagerly and began to copy what Sam had done, grabbing as much of the meat as he could in his hands, a fraction of the size of Sam's.

"That'll do." Sam said with a smile, it would work even though it was much smaller than Sam's. "Just keep making more and more of those."

Lindal nodded eagerly and continued with his task, working excitedly, the meat sticking to his fingers as he worked.

When the pasta was cooked, Sam put it into a saucepan and added the pasta sauce before mixing them together and adding a few spices to give the sauce more flavor.
