The dark haired one said "Again, you have nothing to be sorry for." He watched him eat, a moment, before looking around. There was no way he could get any jewels tonight...Shaking his head, he asked "Do you want to go home, or that cafe I mentioned?"

Allen just shrugged at his words, not sure if he really believed that. The whole night was a bust and it was all because of him. With a small sigh he glanced back over at the stranger, the thought of going home sounded great to him. "I just want to go home.. thank you.." he said, a sad tone in his voice.

The dark haired one said "Alright, then...you gotta get up." He then offered a hand to help, if the other needed it, despite being smaller than him. Queen nosed and nudged at Allen. She barked and wagged her tail, then looked at her human.

Before taking the others outstretched hand he looked towards the dog and smiled. Patting it on the head he hoisted himself up to his feet, staggering a bit. Once he got his footing he shyly looked away, his cheeks a bit red. "Thank you.. I'm sorry for all the trouble I caused. I certainly am an idiot" he said with a sad laugh.

The dark haired one watched the other male, and the dog. He smiled a bit, then shook his head a couple times. He helped the other up, then dipped his head a moment. "You're going to...have to lead the way, but I'll walk next to you, and again...there's nothing to be sorry for."

Allen let out a small sigh as he dusted off his pants and shirt. Glancing at the stranger he nodded and slowly began to lead the way out of the museum and to his home. The detective stayed relatively quiet the whole time, tiredness and the feeling of failure weighing him down.

The dark haired one was annoyed he hadn't gotten the jewels...He knew he could always come back, however. He hummed a small sound as he walked beside the other, with Queen. He hadn't eaten since lunch himself, having had a snack before coming here but that was it. He blushed as his belly growled. He shook his head a bit.

Allen chuckled softly when he heard the others belly growl. In turn his also rumbled as if they were communicating. "Sounds like we're both hungry. I'll make you something once we get to my place" he said, his belly rumbling again, which was loud enough to echo through the entire museum.

The dark haired one sighed and shook his head a couple times. He blushed as his belly made noise again, and quickly nodded. "That...sounds good to me," he said. He'd need to feed Queen at home, or maybe could give her some of whatever he ate.

Allen chuckled softly when he heard the others belly rumble again. He thought it was kinda cute. "Someone sure sounds hungry" he teased playfully. However right after he said so his own stomach growled loudly at him, causing the detective to blush and look away.
