Drew slithered into the shadows of a tree nearby and watched Riley's ride closely and decided time to change before they start moving. So she stripped down to just skin because if she didn't her clothes would defiantly rip and then she shifted into her tiger form. She stayed in the shadows but all you can see of her were her eyes whicb were slits in a pool of green and gold. Her senses inhanced so she could now hear and see everything going on.

Katerina seemed to be listening intently to Jacob's words, but as soon as Nicholas snickered she broke her facade with Jake, knowing he wasn't going to take lightly to the way Nicholas hurt his pride. She frowned at Jake's temper, not taking very well to his irrational behavior. "Calm down, Jacob." She said, "No need to be rude to each other." She muttered, raising an eyebrow in annoyance.

Jacob grumbled and looked over at Katerina. He knew she was right. He knew he was being an ass. He took a deep breath and nodded, glancing over at Nicholas. He really didn't want to apologize, but he felt Riley's hard gaze on his head and he sighed. "Sorry," he muttered, his voice barely audible.
"I can't hear you," Nicholas repeated.

Riley grinned. This Nicholas kid was quite amusing. "Nicholas," he scolded. "Don't tease Jake. Getting him to apologize once is a wonder, I doubt you'll get another one."
"Damn right," Jake said, putting his feet up and he closed his eyes, resting the back of his head on the cool leather of his seat. Riley smiled and turned his eyes back to the road. They were now off the long road that led to Blackmere and they were now speeding down the highway towards the city. Peshtigo's lights blocked out the stars that he had seen so clearly from Blackmere. The lights from the city were enough however. He glanced over at Katerina and then back at the cit. "So, you two going out or something now?" He asked, glancing back at Jake who was obviously asleep. "He's liked you for a while," normally he wouldn't have given away such a secret, but he also knew this was no secret.

:Drew Blackwell:

Great. Now i gotta follow them by scent. Drew thought after she lost sight of them. She ran in long strides hiding in the shadows following the faint scent of the car as she tried to catch up. She hustled and caught the sight of them up ahead after running as fast as she can for awhile. She wasn't to tired, but defiantly could go for a glass of water. Perferably she would stay away from the city cause she hates the smells and the lights and all the concrete but she was on.a mission so Drew kept at a good pace behind them trying to keep to the shadows not to freak anyone out.

Misty stiffed when she saw bright headlights out of the corner of her eye. A car...what was a car doing outside her window? She looked down and saw a paved road under her feet. She must have wandered over here from the yard. But enough of that nonsense, she needed to get out of the road before she was hit. She quickly hopped over to the shoulder and sat down, watching as the car approached. Jonas eased his head out from under her hoodie before slithering back in again. Misty sighed and out of sheer stupidity she raised her hand up and stuck out her thumb. Who ever was in the car was either friendly or dangerous, the odds her 50/50 so why not take that chance? Maybe they wouldn't even stop, and she'd continue strolling aimlessly.

Katerina slowly eased her unpleased expression to a more lighthearted one as things seemed to ease down in conflict. She turned away from Nicholas and Jacob in the back and faced forward, relaxing in her seat and enjoying the ride. It was late however, and she had to admit she was tired. She was tired before she even agreed to come along with Jake, but she would push through it. She glanced at Riley as he spoke to her, about Jake. "No." She said. "Jake is cute, but he isn't my type. I'm sure he'll get over his crush on me soon." She said, speaking softly so she didn't wake Jacob who was sleeping in the back. After she spoke she glanced at Riley again, this time to examine his looks, even though she had seen him many times before around the school. She had gotten a general feel for him, but she was looking forward to whatever else she would be able to find out about him, getting a little deeper you know. She assumed wherever they were going it would only be a few hours, but it would be enough to learn some new things about him, and Nicholas as well. "Where are we going and what are we going to be doing anyways?" She asked.

Riley nodded understandingly. "Jake can be a funny guy and all, but his ego is definitely a problem," he smiled easily and glanced over at her. "I didn't really think you were together. You can easily see past his little facade, can't you?" It wasn't as much of a question as it was a statement. He glanced back at Nicholas who was looking out the window at the approaching city. The kid was quiet, that was for sure. He looked back ahead and raised a brow. A girl, about their age. A hitchhiker! This would be interesting. He pulled up and blinked in surprise when he recognized the girl. "Misty?" he said, cocking his head. He looked around. She didn't have a car...and before she asked, he rolled his eyes. "Scooch over, Nick. We have another passenger."
Nicholas nodded and he went over one seat until he was in the middle. Bandit barked, making Jacob stir in his sleep and she sat on top of Nicholas happily.

Misty arched one eyebrow when she heard her name. Oh, they were Blackmere students. Apparently Riley and Nicholas were in the car. She sighed, and rose up to her feet. Peering inside the car she saw Jake and Katerina as well. What a compromising position for a girl...alone in a car with three boys. Who was she to judge though? With a shrug she pulled open the car door and slid in beside Nicholas. She could feel Jonas shift against the skin of her abdomen and she grinned. She couldn't recall if any of them knew about her unusual pet. Would they have let her in the car if they knew? "Hey where are you guys going anyway?" She finally said in her usual chipper voice.

Riley grinned and his eyes shot around as they drove into the city. They lit from the dazzling lights of sky scrapers and flashing signs. "You know, we never really plan anything when we leave Blackmere. Same goes for here, we normally just go to random places that look fun and entertaining..." he trailed off as they drove past a bar. Even from his corvette he could hear the chatter and the laughter and the drunken slurs and the sounds of feet tapping on the ground as they danced. "And here is our place," he said, pulling up. Putting on his cap, he reached back and stroked Bandit. "Stay here, girl. We won't be long," and he jumped out.
