Xander looked over at her. "Hey No you are helping a ton. Its just I need to calm down a bit. Hopefully I don't have to deal with them more than I have to." Xander eats more food and gets up to grab some water for the both of them. Heading back and putting a glass next to Catherine and sitting down."Pretty wild day for us huh? Practicing, visiting, and being threatened."

Catherine smiled at him, feeling a little better. She watched him leave and ate a bit more of her food before she heard him come back. “Thank you,” she replied with a smile before she took a sip of her water. She laughed softly and nodded “Definitely a crazy day,” she said as she looked over at him.

Xander finishes his food and sits back to relax a bit, he drinks more water and watches Catherine smiling. "How did you like training by the way? We can always do that more so you can at least defend yourself more. Not many women have training of there own. Could start your own little training shop." Xander smiles at her and at the thought of her training building.

Catherine looked up at him from her food “I liked it, I definitely like the idea of being able to defend myself.” she replied after swallowing. She smiled at his idea and nodded “Hey, you’re not wrong. That’s a good idea, not many of them do know how to protect themselves.” she agreed, watching him. It definitely would be a good money making idea, it wouldn’t hurt for women around them to know how to protect themselves and their family. Especially if a war did happen.

Xander smiled towards her. "Well when I am king I will gladly let you do that. It would be great for those who can do it to be able to protect loved ones and the kingdom when really needed.We also can continue practice whenever you want." Xander finished his water, putting the glass on the table and watching Catherine.

Catherine smiled at him happily and nodded. “That sounds like a good plan, maybe I’ll even train you,” she replied, the last part came out in a teasing tone and was followed by a soft laugh. She finished her plate and drank some more of her water.

Xander laughs slightly at her little joke. "Maybe. Though it would be more for horseback riding than anything else." He got up and stretched. "Would you like to practice more? For your future shop?" He smiled at the last part

Catherine finished her water and placed the glass carefully back on the table. She smiled and nodded, remembering that they had talked about him learning to ride. She then nodded again in reply “Yeah, that sounds like a good idea,” she said as she goin up from her chair and pushed it back in.

Xander pushed his chair in and walked with her out to the training area. He pulled out a sword and handed it to her gently. When she grabbed we went and got another one. "Swords are generally heavier than daggers and knives and such. You are going to have to try to get used to the weight and use it for your advantage." Xander adjusts his stance a bit and swings a bit at a dummy, hitting certain points on the dummy.

Catherine followed after him quietly, her arm linked through his before she got there. Once there she took the sword from him and nodded instantly her arms sunk a little from the unexpected weight since she had never held one before. She made sure that she was far enough away from Xander before she started to try and get used to the weight of the sword. She then swung it at the target, awkwardly hitting it since she still wasn’t used to it.
