“Probably about a week....” said Blaze with a small nod. She stept our and flashed him a huge smile before leading him into the lobby where her brother, her friends, and her ex were waiting. Seeing her friends she immediately let go of Ryos hand and hugged all of them.

Ryo stood off to the side, to nervous to just walk up tot he group and introduce himself. He pushed his hands into his pockets and looked around the room.

Blaze turned and walked over to Ryo and dragged him up over to them. “This is my boyfriend Ryo...” she said giving a quick glare to her ex.

Ryo followed after Blaze. He noticed the glare she directed at another guy standing to the side of the group. He wondered if that was the ex she mentioned the other day. Ryo said hello to everyone in the lobby. He congratulated her brother on getting married.

Blaze sighed happily and stood close to Ryo to make sure he was comfortable. After a couple of minutes she drifted off to go find one of her other friends. Her ex, Jason, decided to follow her into a room.

Ryo stayed and talked to the small group of people after Blaze went off to talk to her friend. He didn't notice that Jason had followed Blaze until a few minutes later when there was a stall in the conversation and he noticed the other man wasn't standing where he was earlier.

Blaze jumped as Jason put a hand on her shoulder and spun her around to face him. “I miss you... I’m so sorry for freaking out because you were a vampire and I didn’t mean anything I said... please come back to me...” he begged with a sad look in his face. Blaze stood there in silence not knowing what to say

Ryo warily stepped into the room that he saw Blaze walk into. He figures that her ex had followed her there. He walked in to find them standing there, Blaze looked uncomfortable. He stepped up to Jason. Confrontation was something he tried to avoid but if something was wrong he wanted to help Blaze.

“Look, I have someone better now! I have no idea why you were invited. Don’t be an ass and get away from me!” Yelled Blaze after considering what she should say.

Ryo couldn't hide the surprised look on his face. He hadn't expected her to react so strongly. Ryo couldn't help but feel a bit releived that he didn't have to confront the other man, but he was also a embarassed that he was barely even able to stand up for himself.
