Orangefur was about to say something else when Polarstar called for a Clan meeting. He sighed as Sunstripe herded him over to the other warriors while Nettlepaw and Ivypaw sat with the other apprentices.

Moonheart, Flamepaw, Rosepaw, and Stormcloud sat staring at their leader.

polarstar waited for the cats to gather, then started "i polarstar, leader of polarclan, resign to the elder's den. nightclaw will be the new leader and mush choose the next deputy. you must from now on, refer to me as polarfur."

nightclaw stood up and bowed her head "thank you polarfur. i will make the journey to the moonstone to get my nine lives... then tomorrow i will name the deputy"

Orangefur and Sunstripe bowed their heads while Ivypaw and Nettlepaw exchanged glances.

Mosseyes dipped her head to Polarstar, her stunning green eyes shining. Nightclaw would make a great leader, with her compassion, yet determination.

Mosseyes chimed in, her voice ringing out along with the clan. Her eyes sparkled as brightly as her mood, her calico fur gleaming brightly in the sun.

Orangefur, Sunstripe, Nettlepaw echoed their Clanmates with Ivypaw echoing them quietly.
