Ethan looked down at Max. He made a soft clicking sound with his tongue, which Max turned around and stood up. He walked to the passenger and got in, which Max immediately hopped up into his lap, and Ethan laughed, "You're not a lap dog!"

oliver got in on the drivers side, starting the vehicle. "now he is" he said and smiled, sighing. what he did months ago was nagging at him , causing him to zone out with a frown.

Ethan began to scratch behind Max's ears. He looked over at Ollie, "You okay?"

oliver blinked and nodded. "yeah I am" he said smiled, pulling out.

"Good, can't come home and my boy lookin' sad," he said with a small smirk as he looked at Ollie. Max circled in Ethan's lap before he laid down. Ethan pushed his seat back a little so Ethan and Max would fit together in one seat.

'I just can't believe your here" Ollie said. he scratched the dogs head with a smiled. "why would I beside if your here anyways" he said

"We should probably go see my mom.." he said, looking down at his phone.

As he looked around, memories flooded back to him. He looked down at Max, to his lil' prosthetic doggo leg and sighed a little.
