Kal relaxed against her, holding her close. He deeply kissed her, gripping her hips tightly as he held close, his eyes closed as he breathed in her sweet scent.

June pulled away after a few minutes to catch her breath but comtinued to hold onto him. She looked sadly at where bel was. "She deserves a mom, kal. Not whatever i would be."

Kal rested his forehead against hers, catching his breath. "Even if you wouldn't be her mother, I still want you around. I'm not going to start dating just so Bel can have a step mom. Besides, I want you."

June looked at him sadly but fell quiet, knowing arguing with him would get her no where and she would have to wait for him to realize it on his own.

Kal smiled slightly, taking her silence as a good thing. "You'd be a great mother, June," he murmured, holding her close. "But if you're not ready for that, I understand. I just want you to be with me."

June continued to watch bel sadly. "Ill stick around until you find someone better. She deserves go be happy too."

Kal gently cupped his hand under her chin so she looked at him. "Fine," he concluded. "But until then..." He softly kissed the tip of her nose. "You deserve to be happy, too."

June forced a small smile and met his eyes. "Thank you, kal."

Kal smiled a bit, gently giving her a kiss. "My pleasure." He pulled away, looking over at Bel. "I believe I promised to take a certain girl ice skating," he called, and Bel perked up, running lopsidedly over to him, beaming. "Do you want to come?" he asked June, tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear.

June shook her head. "I should go back to the house and see what needs to be done. Ill meet you back here when its time to head to the pool."
