Mani gave a sigh as she kept walking - was this going to take a while to find him, like it had last time? If he was even here, if he wasn't she was just mindlessly walking around. But she sensed the winged wolf was here, otherwise why would she be here?

Castor ran, and he didn't even care enough to watch his step. If he ended up kissing a tree, his loss. But then he remembered last time, and his head-on collision with Mani, and he slowed down and kept his eyes on the road. If toning ended up in another clash, Seven wouldn't let him hear the end of it, and Castor didn't want that.

[wolf ;;]

Mani noticed she had sped up her pace, and she slowed down - she might as well take her time. There was no reason to hurry. She glanced around a few times as she made her way, but mostly she kept her eyes on the path she was walking, in case she saw Castor but didn't hear him.

Castor kept his pace steady, he was beginning to feel the toll, but he didn't want to collapse. That was probably the second last thing he wanted, after crashing into Mani. Soon, he began to hear footsteps that didn't belong to him; he didn't speed up, but kept his gaze in front of him.

[ hoLY COW A MOUSE JUST GOT IN HERE MY CAT IS GOING BONKERS ]

[wolf ;;]

Mani soon heard more footsteps, and she knew they didn't come from her - they must be Castor's. Who else could it be? So it was only going to be the two of them here again, like the last time.

[|D I remember that whenever we got a mouse in out house, if we couldn't capture it we'd get out cats cx]

Castor soon enough noticed Mani, no different from last time except that she looked better and not as beaten up as last time. Well tonight would either be awkward or interesting, and he wasn't sure if he would be prepared for both as he walked up to greet her.

[ well all is fine now, my cat is out and he's stopped screeching and there's now a dead mouse in the garden |'D poor thing ]

Mani spotted Castor as he came into view, and she flicked an ear. "Hey." She greeted, not saying anything else apart from that. Her eye wasn't as bad, it was still bruised but not as much, and not nearly as much swelling.

"Hello." Castor took a look and stared Mani dead in the eye. "You are better now?" he asked, wondering just how good the medicine these days was. He noticed how she did gain improvement, although he could do just as good, given the same amount of time. He wouldn't tell her that, though.

[ I am seriously losing my muse ;-; ]

[wolf ;;]

Mani blinked her eyes before nodding. "It doesn't hurt as much now, although it'll take awhile for the bruises to go away, but I'll be fine." She said. Except for her stomach, maybe - she hadn't checked the bruise there yet, and while it didn't hurt too much she didn't know how bad it was.

[I understand that feeling, muse always goes at the worst of times.]

"Good." Castor looked around, he wasn't sure of what would happen tonight, he flicked his ears.
