"I'd love to learn some moves from your homeland." Jahara's smile was sincere enough that the corners of her eyes crinkled. "I'm always glad to learn some new combat skill sets. If you like, I can teach you a few things in return." She offered. "How much do you know of navigation techniques? Or the constellations?" That was her specialty, seeing as she had been placed here from another world. She'd had to adjust her mental map to this new position in the stars, this new perspective of the night sky. It was a rare day she got lost now. When she had a destination in mind, she got there.
The hybrid reached her legs out to their full extent as she walked, stretching the muscles out to remain loose. She'd had quite the strenuous day, practicing and playing with Karii, running to the sound of the distant pups, showing off now with that bit of tree climbing.
Oh, now that was an idea.
"Or, if you rather, I can try to teach you to be at ease up in the trees?" She offered. "I know most canines are not suited for such terrain - I myself being spliced from several creatures don't necessarily count as full dog - but even just being able to sit in the low branches of a pine oft is great for a surprise attack. No one expects a canine to be in such a place - they never look there. It's a great hiding place." She shrugged. "It's just an idea. Personally, I lean towards the stars, but combat trick for combat trick is a swap on even grounds. Though I don't think I know too many tricks a warrior such as yourself hasn't already picked up on." Again, a teasing.

"Well I've teached several pups and canines so, how hard could it be for you? I mean you're already agile enough to get on a tree and to me it seemed like literally nothing would be bothering. And since Combats have been my speciality cause my homeland needed them the most the day of the war, I can teach you combat skills if you want." Slowly loosing his senses of tracing his words and sentences he wasn't able to tell difference been rambling or normal conversations anymore. He finally cleaned his throat and regained consciousness "Sorry I might've almost rambled. Anyway, if you want you can teach me in return by free will, though i'm happy enough to help you with skill upgrades. As for constellations, I only know what I know of them. Stars and all, it's been rare I ever get to see alot of nature's beauty." He slowly felt himself starting to hunch and slowly traill off at the thought. Left with feeling like he'd be hypnotized he shook his head and found himself in the real world,straightening back to full height "I always loved watching the stars at night, always searching for constellations," he chuckles "I even made up some new ones out of mind. My navigation is good enough for my lands, the valley and town, but i wouldn't mind."
Seeing her stretch the mucle male questioned himself a bit, easing up he looked down on her "Need to take a break?"
Cylex was known to mainly chuckle it was very rare ocassion he'd laugh. "Like I said Tree's are to a good use when neccessary, or I wouldn't be able to teach pups all the teqnicues and skill set they are in a need of. Involving trees. Though there are some moves that involve you to have a partner or atleast another who can help y'out."

Taking in the fresh air and feeling relaxed, he completely forgot about his injuries and didn't feel them, it's like they wouldn't be there. "I always loved the light breeze of the wind, especially when i'm out for a walk or heading somewhere without the guys. It feels so... Calm, and relaxing. Ever wonder things about nature you might or might not know, and yet you still feel like there's alot ahead of you?" he almost didn't notice he's been speaking calmly not even a sign of roughness form him that moment. But he enjoyed it non the less. He did admit it's really nice to just let go of being the tensed and serious Cylex, and every once in a while be relaxed and cheerull Cylex. Admitting it to be nice to change his charather a bit. He couldn't help a giggle escape his muzzle "My mother always said I was a night boy. I loved the day but at night, I kept feeling like I was brand newly born canine.." He sighed affectionately.

Slowing down he came to small stop by a tree, set his stuff down, pushed them in the near bushes in case, and quickly cauculated angles, pouncing up on the trunk he began climbing it "I know I'm no cat, but I can climb trees without needing to be one" He cheerfully vocalized back down to her. Thankfully tree was a huge one allowing him to get high enough to view where and how far they are to go. Getting on the branch he needed to be - he looked down at her "Come on up, I think you might like the view." Giving her a reassuring smile "Don't worry I got you if you are to slip."

"I've not met many dogs able to climb before." She tilted her head, considering. "Up is easy. The impressive part is if they can get back to the ground without assistance." A momentary pang of homesickness hit her, thinking of her pals back there.

"I won't slip." Jahara calculated her path for a brief second, before lunging forwards and scaling the tree. She bounded branch to branch, bending her slim form to avoid hitting anything that would knock her off, claws extending and digging into the bark when needed but otherwise used momentum to keep her balence. When she reached Cylex, she settled in on the branch next to him, laying in a pool of moonlight as she gazed out at the landscape. She half-lidded her eyes and hummed in content.

"Tell me more about your homeland? Your family?" She requested, completely at ease and relaxed as the gentle wind blew cool air over them. "You talk so fond of them both." She'd noticed.

"I assue I might be the first then huh?" He heartedly and simply replied. "The impressive part?" He chuckles cheerfully "The impressive part being climbing down - If I got up in one peice, I always got down in one piece."
Watching her make her way up he still stood on guard in case it calls for his quick reactions. He breathed in the breeze again enjoying it's ease and dance in the air. Cylex layed down on the branch beside her " Yeah..." He exhaled a sigh "I love both of my home. For Aruro is our pack, we have a huge land where can feel free. One of my favorite things there is that - No one ever judges you, they don't mind or care for who you are, where you form. They accept you and treat you and care for you like you've lived there for years." The male snickers "Even though I'm guard and warrior I was major Pup role model. I spend alot of my time with the kids, no matter how exhausted or tired I always helpped others, I always played with the pups and kept them active or entertained by the games. SilverCoat took me in completely wounded and battered bleeding and with loads of scars from my abimination encounter, I felt the light slightly fade as my eyes were dominating to close, I still fought to be conscious, He found me on the edge of my condtion. When I woke up I found myself before the same male, he took me in treated me, trained me. He's always calm and mostly relaxed. He never talks about it but.. He did have a mate very long time ago, her name was Anahi, which meant -'Beautiful'. He loved her with all his heart, she was Agile, quick, warm-hearted and very kind, Her fur was Red, white and black on her muzzle. She loved everyone, but.." Taking a glance at the female beside him before returning his attention to the view before them "She passed. I wasn't there at the time, but i've been told that her life had been taken. While there are couple guesses, so i'm not really sure what happened to her or if something did. Though the sunlight looks beautiful there, the trees and everything about it made me feel warm and never ceased to amaze me. I even took lazy naps in the sun when I was completely un-needed and felt a bit tired." He took a pause for a moment.

"As for the rest of them, the males are kind and rrespectful, some serious, and y'know the typical, the females are treated properly, no one forces them, no one picks on them, they are all treated as proper equals, If they want to be warrior or guard or medic or etc they can, no one stops them. We always respect one another, sure there are wolves that rival with one another, but they never take another as an enemy. Optrion even once and maybe sometimes picked on me with question to if i haven't found anyone, and i kept saying no no and no, and i always had a good reaosn for it. That's what I can r-recall for Aruro right now. As for my birth home.." He let out another affectionate sigh "I loved it and missed it through out my time. My mother is always kind and understanding, my father always proud and protecting. My sister, she's someone i've been most closed to in my family, y'know as family not only a friend. We've always awaited each others reunion when i announced i was on my way home, I'd give myself to anyone that's hunted or hunts for me, too protect her, I'd give my life for just about everyone I cherish. I lived in a forest that wasn't far form a valley. I love that place.. I have couple friends back my birth home aswell, There's Buzz the German Shepherd, there's Rodrigo and his nephews and nieces, Y'know the towns folk. And good thing is - a town wasn't far form the forest either so we always go to sneak for visit aswell as they did, also because the people living there are kind and nice to animals like us. There's Buzz's new companion and she's a bernes moutain dog. The boys and I are waiting for the opprotunity to meet our siblings our parents, find out what caused the Abomination out break Again, and reclaim our home at the valley. I can promise you, once everything's over, you'll experience everything with your own eyes, then you can judge how you feel about it."

He then chuckled like usually "I've seen many valleys in my journey and travels, and all of them.. There was always something that made me feel so alive, and the most exciting part about it, was I loved them all. So many different kinds some little stiff other more of an open like field. Some with forest some more of rock like. And i always returened to them whenever I could and had the chance. And I always loved to watch the sunrise and set while being there.." 'Lex took his attention away from the view and turned to her "What about you, what's your home place and family like?" he layed his head down as he looked up at her through his glasses and was really to listen . "Of course I'm not forcing you to tell me, you know everyone has their rights. So wh-what I'm trying to say is.. ummmuh.." He didn't think he would do this but he still did, lifting his head back up, 'Lex angled his head so he could carefully take his glasses off , picking them up form his paws he carefully placed them on her. His eyelids still slightly hiding his eyes but he didn't intend to hide, so he gently made eye contact with her "T-tell me i-if you feel like it." even though he was interested in hearing about her, he let her make her own decisions.

Jahara looked at him from behind his glasses, taking in his expression with a small smile. That pang of homesickness hit her again but this time she didn't push it away. "My homeworld .. is a lot different from here. The plants, the creatures. The atmosphere even feels different. It's a lot .. thicker, back home. When I breath here it hardly feels like I took in air at all." She sighed. "I grew up in a laboratory setting, as I've mentioned before. Everything was so sterile, so lifeless. I was supposed to be a recreation of the hybrid before me, Necro, my brother of sorts. They got it wrong and so I was created. An accident, but a happy one I suppose. I'm the first and only female of my species that I am aware of." She fell silent for a long moment. "My human, Cliff, was always kind to me. I never understood his words all too well, but his voice was warm. The tests I went through - he made them all easy on me. Nothing was ever painful, and if I showed signs of resistance or fear he wouldn't make me go through with it." She rested her head on her paws. "When the breakout occurred I stayed behind. All the other test creations fled to wreak havoc but I never felt the need to go explore the rest of my world. I'd been allowed outside the lab often enough before that I had no curiosity. Cliff appreciated it, I think. While everyone was running around, freaking out, he stayed calm. It was nice .. I was happy with him. He allowed me to follow him around through the workplace and even brought me to his home a few times when all the chaos became too much. I was still a pup when this happened."

She shifted positions. "I had a friend, Danju. He had meandered out during the breakout but unlike the others he just sat guard outside the lab and protected the humans. When Cliff was injured in an attack and had to be taken away to be healed, Danju watched over me. He taught me how to take care of myself, to hunt and find shelter. He taught me not to rely on others to take care of me - that I could be strong by myself. He was like a father to me. I looked up to him." Her voice fell. "And then he too was taken from me. When the humans regained control of the situation they separated us. I was brought to some distant outpost and once again the testing began."

"Except this time it was not the same. This time I received training, I was built up to become stronger, faster, better. It was thrilling." Excitement picked up in her voice. "They were prepping me for something big, something exciting. I met Trouble and Red there. We got into so much mischief together." The grin was back as she moved on to happier memories. "It was amazing. I got to see Cliff again and he worked closely with me once more. He was more tired than before, I noticed, but he always managed to smile when he was with me." Adoration was clear in her tone. "And yet something went wrong." She frowned. "Cliff came to me in a panic one day. His normal calm demeanor was overshadowed by the rush he was in. A few of the other handlers ran besides us as they took me to a shuttle. I could see Trouble and Red with their humans as well and they too were being rushed off. We three shared one long look and then I was on the shuttle. Cliff put me in an extended sleep and I woke up here." She shrugged. "And that was the last I saw of my world or my 'family'."

[Love the song, i listened to it reading your post^^ As for season, i was gonna ask you the same thing since i kind of didn't think of it at first. Well from what we have here doesn't appear winter but either less i'll let you decide on it hun, either wether changes in future from one to another, it's up to you^^]

His frown slowly appearing as he listened to her, feeling sorry for her he did his best to be strong and make sure she knew he's there for her "Better?..." He simply repeated in a statement with a small silence after him, he lightly smiled as she continued until he heard her voice hang out again causing him to look at her once more. "Something went wrong you say..." He simply repeated again. "Even though, if they had to put you on the shuttle, that shows only that they cared for all of you and your safety more than anything." He trailled off and stop right there. "I'm sorry I can't find the words right now.." He sighed and nuzzled her, hoping to give her any comfort he could.
"I'm sure things will get stable soon enough. You may think it's the last time you've seen them. But you know they've always been with you, I'm sure they.. They might take you back home once the situation's handled there, even if I don't know of your homeworld as much as you, at least I do know one thing. And CLiff was a very lucky man to have you by his side." He slowly began to smile "Like I said earlier, you are no Accident, Jahara, if out of the results they created you, then it's desteny, you-were meant-to be. An accident is when you unintentionally do something for the most popular example step on someones paw without meaning to, then it's an accident. But when it comes to exsist, it's no accident. You said they loved you, and you loved them right? That's reaosn enough to prove you're intented to exsist." He looked at her unable to fully see her eyes thorugh his glasses.

He briefly let out a chuckle "And I thought I fit with those glasses, though truth be told, they look great on you, makes you look dangerous. Remind me to get you a pair." Laying his head back down and still looking at her with a smile. "Guess you stun me huh?" he stated warmly. Through out their small journey he had almost forgot about the others for a second, but didn't bother, Degato was always a good replacement when he was out, so he believed everything to be stable there. "Tell the truth, I could lay here with you untill day if it wouldn't be for the herbs. Just give me a sign when you're ready to head out ok?" he returned to looking over the trees before them. Cylex narrowed up to the moon and the corner of his lip raised a bit more to the smile of one thought. "I know someone, to be brighter than any star." He glanced over with and indicating look.

[hmm... since Jahara's coat has been described by her winter colors, and the weather seems nice out, we can say it's mid-spring?]

Jahara leaned into the touch when he nuzzled, finding comfort in the gesture. She allowed herself to relax, a tension she hadn't noticed crept in while telling the last bit of her tale. "If you say so." She allowed a small smile as yet another pang of homesickness hit her. "But I am glad to be here, in this world, as well. If none of this ever happened - I don't think I would have met you. And I'm certainly glad I did."
And with that she shifted her weight, launching herself across the gap between their tree and the next, moving in a zig zag pattern back and forth between the two trees as she descended to the ground. Once there she landed lightly and glanced back up to him with that cheeky grin fixed on her face again. All signs of homesickness, uncertainty, and grief vanishing as she lifted her tail up a little in anticipation. "Waiting around won't get us those herbs, and you're still wounded yourself. So let us be going again, perhaps we can make it back before the pups are to awaken." She called up to him with a laugh.

Magnus nudged Karii closer to Bella carefully, letting the two pups settle in next to eachother as they usually did. Bella had already been asleep and didn't wake as the other golden pup curled up against her side, also sound asleep. Once he judged them to be comfortable, he draped the small blanket over their sides. A cool wind had come in and he'd noticed the two shivering. Magnus smiled and retreated on quiet paws to find Roman, laying next to the fire.
"I'm sorry we had no luck tonight." The grey-brown immortal murmured.
"It was a long shot." Magnus sighed. "But I always hope."
"We'll find them, Maggi, I swear. If your son were dead .. you'd know."

"Me too." Was yet the only response he gave to her. Watching her make her way he followed her with his eyes. With a slight sigh yet glee "Of course." he pulled himself up on his paws and made his way from branch to branch on the same tree, until he got down. Picked up the bags and began to walk. "I don't believe it should take us long to get there... Though you do seem to worry about my wounds." the brown and white male teased the last sentace while lightly smirking at her.
Thinking he heared something his ears turned to a direction his head soon faced to look around them, though is was really nothing but the sound of nature, possibly few crickets and their footsteps, hoping it wouldn't be anything questionable. He did take caoution but most of all was relieved and didn't show any sign of any doubts at all and of coure any sign of weaknesses yet.


Degato had been out of his hut an had silently snook around, when he bumped into NightPyre it was nothing, they polite excused one another and took small, brief talk before going on their way, though he did notice something at their new friend's part of the landscape. Knowing he might not want to know what would be going on he let it slide for tonight. Though a certain canine did bump into the large male. "Going somewhere, 'Blaze?" that familliar tone with that classic question.
"No, even if I was. Why, is there something you'd care about?"
"Alright, what're you upto." he asked deep toned. "I thought you were suppose to stand guard."
"And what are you night patrol? If anything Pyre was given that post thank you very much. And besides, since when do I have to answer to you of anything. No offense and not to be rude, but it's non of your buisness my friend." Blaze spoke softly to him at the end, no argument meant no trouble, and no trouble meant no chaos.
Blaze made his way to search for Shiek, but passing by their friend's place he couldn't help but over hear, remembering Sheik mention Magnus' son, he didn't feel right leaving them on just that so he hoped to get Magnus' attention for second "Psst.." he called "Psst.. Over here." the dark-blazing male whispered from a bit of distance assuming the grey-brown one could the so mentioned Roman, which he was trying to avoid at this point.

Jahara glanced at Cylex, waiting for him to catch up to her as she'd moved ahead a bit to give him room to reach the ground. "Do you hear something?" She questioned, tilting her head to the side slightly.

One of Magnus's ears twitched, and he looked up from where he had been gazing into the fire. Roman glanced at him from the corner of his eye. "You hear somethin Maggi?"
" .. Maybe." Magnus decided. "Stay here, you half-deaf fool." He got up to go find the source of the sound.
Roman aimed a half-hearted swipe at Magnus's paws in retaliation. It was true his hearing wasn't the best anymore, but that was to be expected from working in a forge for as many years as he had. "Shriek if ya need help."
"Hah ha, very funny, old man." Magnus made a face at his companion before catching sight of the other canine. "Oh, hey, it's uh, Blaze, right?" He checked, recalling the introductions from earlier.

Cylex only looked over his shoulder to check one more time "Uhh, I thought I did.. It's probabbly in my head, well other than our footsteps.. err.. Paw-steps and the nature, nothing suspicious. I guess I'm just used to some things that might be trying to get the best of me right now." he chucked at his own words, finding it silly of himself somehow. The male slightly grew back to one part of the caring yet serious self. "Why, is something wrong?"

"Yep, That's me." 'Blaze replied cheerfully. "Listen, I was on my way to search for Shiek, but I couldn't help but notice you and your gang out in the opens by the fire. You know we still have 4 more welocming huts if you guys ever need them." he paused for second before translating more simpler "Alright basiclly take it as an offer, my friend."
Patiently awaiting an answer he only gave the grey male a smile as if Magnus would have been a friend he'd grew up with. "Oh and..." He quickly buried digging his muzzle in his bag to grab a little something "The guys at our part of the camp made this for ya'll." He set the things down. "We're only couple canter-steps away in case. Have a good night buddy." 'Blaze stuck around for another few seconds before slowly beginning to start walking, only to stop in his tracks and look over his shoulder. "Oh and.. I'm sorry I couldn't help over-hearing but.. I'm sorry for your son, we promise we'll help you find him. It's one of the reason my gang really wants to stick around alot more with ya'll. - Besides a certain canine or 3 or 4 would keep poking at if we wouldn't, and it would only result in chaos."
