He laid down in the couch, and his eyes felt like stones. He fell asleep again.

Josh
"Adopted Son?" he repeated, still in shock.

Tyler
"I'm better than ever as of right now." he smiled. "What about you?" he asked. Shes cute.... and not to mention pretty.... he thought.

Abby and Kelli
"SON?!" they both repeated in unison. They looked at each other's and dropped the cards they were playing with. "Since when??" asked Abby.

[Larson and Zoe]

Kat rolled her eyes. "Just give me a yes or no! I really need to know!" Her phone rang. "Hold your horses! I'm going to get him! One way or another!"

April brought him his favorite snack.

Brooke smiled. "I'm doing very good now. I'm Brooke."

Trisha shrugged. "All I heard was that she wanted her son to come over and stay here with her."

Josh
He narrowed his eyes and sighed. "Very well, but make sure he stays out of trouble." he replied.

Tyler
"That's a pretty name. I'm Tyler." he smiled. "Can I have your number?" he blurted out of nowhere. "I mean, it's cool if you don't want to give me your number, but I really need to go give my sisters these snacks..." he added quickly. What am I doing? I'm making a complete fool out of myself...

Brandon
He woke up to the smell of food and sat up groggily. He picked up the mini tacos, and ate one.

Abby
"Ok...." she sighed, wanting more information.

[Larson and Zoe]

Kat nodded. "He will. He's 6 years old." She left to go get him.

Brooke smiled. "That's a very cool name. Oh my number?" She laughed when he sputtered. "Your funny." She wrote down her number on a sheet of paper. "Call me sometime. I'd love to get to know you better." She smiled.

April sat with him. "Do you want mommy to have another baby? I'll still love you the same as I will with the new one."

Later, Kat came home with an eight year old boy. "Enough Snake! I'm sorry, the dog couldn't come!" She walked in. "Now sit down and behave."

Snake nodded. "Fine..."

He smiled back. "Expect a text from me." he laughed lightly as he walked towards the clerk. He bought the snacks and then drove to the dance studio. He walked in quietly to the den, and then put the snacks and water on his sisters bags.

Josh
"Hi, what's your name?" he greeted the boy.

Brandon
"But me is youngest!" he wailed, his lower lip showing.

Jade
She listened carefully to what her ballet instructor was saying, and she fixed her posture quickly. "Arabesque." came the voice of her teacher. She quickly switched over to a long, graceful arabesque.

Jamie
She followed the teachers lead, and glanced at the clock quickly. Ten more minutes before the semiprivate she thought to herself excitedly.

Snake smiled. "I'm Snake." He said and looked at Kat. "Do I have to call him Dad?"

Kat thought for a moment. "You don't have to, but you could."

Brooke smiled and waved her goodbyes. She went home and waited for a text.

April nodded. "I know, I'm still going to pay you a bunch of attention."

Trisha looked at her sister. "I Feel a bit bad for Kat, no one here has made her feel welcome. Why don't yall like her?"

Snake smiled. "I'm Snake." He said and looked at Kat. "Do I have to call him Dad?"

Kat thought for a moment. "You don't have to, but you could."

"Welcome to our home. There's still some empty rooms upstairs, so go choose one and make a name tag for it and stick it on the door. Make yourself feel at home!" he smiled and ushered him upstairs.

He sat in the car, and then texted the number. "Hey Brooke, it's Tyler." he typed in.

He still had the pout on his face, and looked at her unhappily. "But what about daddy?" he cried.

Abby
"What do you mean? You know I'm busy with school." she sighed.

April smiled. "Your Daddy's little man! Nothing could come between the love he has for you!"

Snake nodded. "I'm going to sleep in Kats room, with her."

Trisha nodded. "I know but she really needs to feel welcome."

"Pwomise?" he sniffled. He picked up another mini taco and started to eat it.

He nodded, "If that's what you would prefer," he sighed.

"She's busy with her son." she sighed as she looked out her room at Kat.
