Copeland giggled and leaned back. "Well you look very tasty yourself." She said and looked him up and down. She kissed his cheek then moved around him going to the bathroom to brush her teeth. It was unacceptable to kiss someone cute with morning breath. Once she was done brushing her teeth Cope went back to his room then sat on his bed

He chuckled at her statement and glanced back after she moved past him toward the bathroom. He went over to James' habitat and reached beneath it to get the feed before carefully placing it inside, but not too much since he had fed him the day before. He was just closing the cage when Copeland returned. He then looked to her. "Ready for breakfast?"

Copeland nodded at his question "Oh ugh do you have some shorts? I dont think your parents would be okay with me just in a shirt." She chuckled and stood up

[Aato]

"Mmm... I don't know if they'll fit, but you can try." He went over to his dresser and began sifting through one of the drawers for an old pair of shorts -- hopefully something he kept from his younger years. He then pulled out a pair of smaller green shorts before pushing the drawer shut. "Here. Try these." He handed them off to her.

Copeland popped her knuckles as he searched. Finally, he pulled out a pair "Ew... Green." She teased and slid them on. She smiled "Lets go." She said and left his room and walked down the stairs.

[Aato]

He chuckled with a light shake of his head and followed after her. "Do you feel like something sweet or savory?" He asked as meal ideas began coming to his head.

Copeland smirked "Can i have both?" She asked and looked back At him. Once she reached the bottom of the stairs she looked around for his parents

Eileen looked up when she heard the patter of steps coming down the stairs and saw Copeland from over the bar of the kitchen. "Hello, dear... Sleep well?" She asked then looked down at her working hands.

Brice followed behind Copeland, stopping when she did. He smiled lightly at is mother's questioning and tried to figure out what she was doing in the meanwhile. "Cooking, ma?"

She nodded. "Do you kids fancy a breakfast?"

Brice just looked at Copeland, then at his dad. He wondered what he had told his mother to get her to loosen up so much.

"Yes maam." She saud sweetly with a kind smile "Morning Mr.Tang." She said and bowed to him. She adjusted his shirt on her body then looked around the living room. She crossed her arms over her chest and held back a yawn

"Good morning," Chaojian responded with a nod of his head and a smile.

Brice went into the kitchen and leaned on his mother's shoulder. "Sooo, mama, was that an offer to make breakfast?" He asked and shifted to hug her shoulders as he peeked at what she was chopping.

Eileen rolled her eyes with a smirkish smile. "What would you two like, Brice?"

"Mmm...something sweet and tasty? Like, something savory and then something sweet."

She nodded. "...Suggestions?"

"Congee...? ...With youtiao and doujiang?"

Eileen scoffed. "All you've been eating since you've had her over is some sort of Taiwanese or Chinese food... You eat other foods, Brice. Let her have a normal taste of food."

"Okay, okay... pancakes and congee, then?" He gave her a sideways look when she glared at him. "C'mon, you know congee is my favorite..." His lips slid into a smile.

"Okay, fine. I'll get your father to make it, though, 'cause you know I still haven't really gotten it perfected."

"Thanks, mama." He pecked her cheek then returned to the living room, waving for Copeland to come sit as he made his way to the sofa.
