[Veins Of Opal]

Lucien straightened himself, giving a shaky sigh. Picking up the wine bottle by the neck, he took another swig of the crimson liquid, setting the bottle down on the counter. He ran a hand through his loose hair, his muscles rippling as he moved. He turned, seeing Sigma awake. He immediately put on his usual tough expression, folding his arms. He had faint, dark circles beneath his eyes, though he was still quite handsome. "I didn't expect you to be awake so early." he growled.

Sigma studied Lucien calmly, her expression void of emotion. She too had shadows under her eyes from the long night and her whole frame seemed to droop with groggy drowsiness. "Yeah? Well good morning to you too, Sunshine. Where's my toothbrush?" Her light, foggy blue eyes were bright as ever, taking Lucien in and taking note of the details, even through her dark hair which hung halfway over them. Her thin, delicate arms were crossed loosely just under her chest, hugging that bit of the baggy t-shirt to her frame and revealing faint bits and pieces of the graceful curves of her frame.

Lucien turned, grabbing the toothbrush and paste from the sink and stepping forward, holding them out to her. He had wine on his breath, and it seemed to take quite a bit of alcohol to get him drunk, for he hadn't gotten drunk yet, despite having had half a bottle of wine. The fragrance of the poisonous nightshade flower lingered on his skin, his loose hair resting on his broad, strong shoulders. "Good morning." he said more politely, giving a sigh.

Sigma stepped forward and took the toothbrush and paste with a mumbled thanks. She walked over to the sink and brushed her teeth, taking the time to drink a few handfuls of water before and after the process. Then she turned off the sink and set her toothbrush down, taking note of its position so that she wouldn't have to ask for it anymore. "You're leaving today?" she asked, her voice still sleep-laden and soft.

Lucien gave a nod. "Later on tonight, I'll be leaving." he responded, grabbing the wine bottle and taking another swig, then setting it down and leaning on the counter. "I'm sure you won't have an issue with Vicente." Lucien mumbled boredly, his expression unreadable.

[Falls]

Sigma leaned back against the counter, arms crossed and shoulders slumped. she flicked her foggy blue eyes to the wine bottle and sighed. "That can't be good for your health," she murmured, looking from the half empty bottle to Lucien. "Have you even eaten yet?"

"I have no reason to care about my health." Lucien snorted. "I'm perfectly fine." he said, shaking his head to her other question. "I'll get something to eat later." he said with a wave of his hand, eyeing the wine, but deciding to not take another drink just yet.

[Falls]

Sigma rolled her eyes, giving an exasperated sigh and walking across the kitchen to the fridge. "Atleast have some eggs," she mumbled, pulling the carton out and setting it on the counter. "Where do you keep your pots?"

"Bottom Cabinet." he mumbled with a sigh, sitting at the table. "Vicente is still asleep, I take it?" Lucien asked simply, giving a tired yawn. He fiddled with the bottle of wine, his expression rather dull, bored. It was certainly positive that he was much more volatile than Vicente. Hell, Vicente wasn't volatile at all. And Lucien would rather Sigma keep quiet about his theatrics earlier.

Sigma closed the fridge and bent down, opening the bottom cabinet and retrieving a small pot from it. She flipped the stove on to high before filling the pot with water and setting it on the stove to boil. "Yes, he is asleep. Though, I did not think that a vampire would sleep at all..." She looked up at him and gave him an odd look as if debating whether or not she should ask him something. She decided against it and turned back to the eggs, fiddling needlessly with the carton to give her hands something to do.
