[I can imagine that as the two are talking a group of guys walk past on the other side of the road and see Mani and walk over and try to flirt with her (she would be their regular target for their bad pick up lines) before she gets angry and slaps them |D Because sassy and angry Mani is good]

Mani blinked her eyes, before looking both sides of the road and crossing, so she was on the same side as Castor. "Hey." She said, nothing else, since she didn't know what to say. She wanted to ask about the dream...but she didn't know if she should bring it up or not, and anyway, he might say something about it first.

[hypnowave]

[ oh my gosh yes make it happen. ]

Castor looked to the ground. He wanted to bring up the dream, but he had no idea how, and he was a little afraid of accidentally bringing Seven's name to the conversation. He didn't want that, but he cleared his throat and kept talking in that low, quiet voice he had. "Last night... do you remember?"

[wolf ;;]

[XD]

Mani flicked an ear as he spoke, and she nodded. "Yeah, I remember." She said. "I still don't understand why it happened thought..." She was speaking more to herself then him. "And I still felt some of the aftermath from the moon in the dream, the pain...its strange." She said.

[hypnowave]

[ so, having fun with Pokemon? ovo ]

Castor placed a hand on his chin and thought for a moment, he had no idea what to say. "Come with me?" he asked. He wanted to show her, maybe give her one of his dream catchers from his collection... maybe she would need it. Hopefully tonight she could either sleep soundly, or get good rest after her night task.

[I'm enjoying it a lot ovo already up to my fifth badge in OR - but I need to train my pokemon as my highest leveled one is...30 I think? I made the mistake of choosing my starter too, since that game is fire and...well...I chose Treecko the grass starter |D]

Mani shuffled slightly on the spot as he spoke, and she nodded. "Lead the way." She said - but that's when she saw it - them. A scowl etched itself onto her face as she saw the group of boys. She hoped they wouldn't see her, but of course they did. She could see their stupid grins as they crossed the road towards them. She hated them, and they loved messing with her, getting her angry.

[ ah, wow q u q be patient, that Treecko will grow to be a beast, I should know, my first Hoenn starter was a Treecko too. ]

Castor was about to lead the way when he saw Mani's expression changed, he said nothing but only watched, wondering what she would say or do. He walked a little way further into the trees however, he didn't like being noticed, after all. He could always show himself if Mani needed him. These guys looked like trouble.

[Yeah cx Once Treecko gets up to a good level and evolves he becomes pretty good cx]

Mani glared at the group as they stopped in front of her - there were four of them, and all of them she loathed. She only narrowed her eyes as one came up beside her, slipping his arm around her shoulders, much to her distaste. "Hey Mani, how's it going?" He said, and she got herself out of his grip before replying. "Everything was fine until you and your little posse showed up." She growled. "I know what your here for, and just like every other time I am not falling for your stupid little tricks and pick up lines, go and find someone who would actually be bothered dealing with someone of the likes of you." She told him firmly. He then leaned in and said something quickly in her ear - one of his pick up lines that was used regularly...next he was on the floor, one of his hands covering his right cheek, where Mani had hit him - that'd leave a mark for sure.

[ wow, Mani. if Castor was more caught up on today's language he would have said daaaaaaaaaaayummmm really loud cx ]

Castor didn't realize that he was snarling silently when one of the wolves approached Mani, but by the time he was down and out, he had to breathe a sigh of relief. Mani, he knew, wasn't one to be underestimated, and with that big red mark on the male wolf's cheek, he'd probably learnt his lesson too, not to mess with Mani. He hoped the rest of the gang would learn to stay away, because he was itching to go.

Mani glared at the wolf on the floor - that hurt, by the looks of it. All of a sudden, one of the other guys then grabbed her arm with a growl, and she tried to pull back, but wasn't fast enough. Reacting without thinking, she grabbed his arm with her free hand and bit him, hard - and by hard, it means really hard, which caused the wolf to let go, in pain.

[ and that is why you should never use cheesy pick up lines. ]

Castor was about to move in and help, but Mani certainly didn't need it. The winged wolf quickly covered his ears as a high-pitched, pained yelp came from the wolf that Mani had bitten; it was probably loud enough to shatter every window from here to the next city. He kept fiddling in his hiding spot, hoping Mani got things done and over with. This was getting interesting, though, he had to admit.
