"There were multiple people who wanted me dead when I was younger, because, well, I'm not exactly normal." Vicente chuckled light-heartedly, knowing that hardly anyone was normal. "My mother wanted me dead when I was about..." he took a minute to think, as if it had been so long ago. "About 19, I think. I killed the assassin that came after me after days of running and starving. I was acknowledged for my "strength", and taken into the ranks of the Brotherhood." he finished, frowning. Vicente was certainly one of the gentler assassins, though whenever he spoke, the flash of his too-sharp canines showed, informing that he truly wasn't normal.

Sigma was appalled. "You're own mother?" She didn't see anything particularly different about Vicente. Sure, he had crazy sharp-looking canines, but that hardly seemed enough to kill him over. "I tried to kill Lucien when he attacked me. He ducked the champagne bottle and then I stepped on the glass." She gave a glum frown at the memory of her defensive fail. "What's so different about you? You seem just fine to me."

Vicente frowned. "I'm sort of... a vampire, if you would," was all he said on that subject, glancing at her makeshift bandage and giving a wince. "Follow me, dear, there are some bandages around her somewhere for that." he said, turning and walking towards the drawers, ignoring some of the puddles of blood on the drawers, muttering about how Lucien should keep his living quarters cleaner. He plucked out bandages and ointment from the drawer, turning to Sigma. "Sit down, and I'll change the bandage." he knew it wouldn't be much of a help to Lucien if he mended the girl's injuries, but he couldn't help but pity her. His light brown hair was much longer than Lucien's and his face was thinner, giving off a kinder appearance.

Sigma followed Vicente's movements with her blue-gray eyes, giving a start when she saw the blood. She ignored his offer (or perhaps just didn't notice it), pressing back against the wall as her eyes remained locked on the blood. "Whose blood is that?" she asked, her tone demanding an answer post-haste. She'd just been informed that Vicente was some sort of vampire and now her attention had been directed to random blood. Not a very fortunate order of events for Vicente, who was now number one on her list of "they probably did that, oh SNAP".

Vicente gave a tired sigh. "No, it's not from my doings, so please don't assume things like that. It's probably just from one of Lucien's experiments with poison." he sighed, his expression weary as he sat in the char, setting his book aside, frowning at the blood on the counter. He'd already fed, so it wasn't quite appealing to him. By the smell of it, it was old blood.

Sigma tore her eyes away from the blood and looked over at Vicente. Hesitantly, she peeled herself off of the wall and shuffled towards him, her bare feet making a soft sound as they slid across the floor. "Whose blood is it?" she asked again, giving a frown of concern; concern more for her own well being than for the person from whence the blood had come. She sat down as Vicente had previously instructed and watched his face as she waited for an answer.

"I truly don't know. It could be from an animal, or a person." he said simply, peeling off the cloth wrap, wincing at the injury on her foot. He, of course, had seen worse. Considering his profession. Squeezing the ointment onto his fingertips, he smeared it over the wound, wiping the excess off on the towel draped over the arm of the chair. Vicente quickly wrapped the clean bandage over the wound. "That'll do for now, dear." he said softly, looking up and giving a reassuring smile.

Sigma gripped the arms of her chair. "Ow!" She said it like an accusation as Vicente put the ointment on and wrapped her foot with an actual bandage, stimulating the tenderness that had mostly ebbed away when she didn't mess with the injury. She sighed, staring absently down at her foot as she spoke. "I'm sorry," she mumbled quietly. It was Lucien who deserved this treatment, not kind Vicente. "I guess I'm a little wound up from staying around Lucien for so long." She pulled her foot in closer to herself, just sliding it limply along the floor to avoid moving the muscles around her wound. "Thank you for wrapping my foot."

Vicente gave a soft smile. "No problem, I-" he began, cutting himself off as Lucien walked in the room, his hair rather frizzy and an angry expression on his face. "Yes?" Vicente asked, standing up and looking to Lucien.

Lucien growled. One of his experiments had seemed to go awry, exploding up a bit. He glared at Vicente and Sigma, though they certainly had no part in the issue. "Vicente, I may be going off on a contract of my own, soon. " he growled, glancing at Sigma, and giving a sigh.

Sigma stood, shooting the usual mandatory glare at Lucien and and then looking up at Vicente. "I'm pretty tired. Where am I going to sleep while I'm here?" She looked back over at Lucien, studying his disheveled apearance before cracking a smirk and giving a chuckle. "You look ridiculous, Lucien. What happened to you?"
