Adonis sighed, his tail flicking from side to side a little irritably, he had been having such a good day until that phone call. Amazing how she could mess with his moods like that. "Aubrey." He muttered, taking a big bite out of his cookie, hoping a little subconsciously that a mouthful of sugar could sweeten up his mood, even if it was only a little bit. Then his gaze softened as he looked at her and added gently, "Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you."

"It's okay, I know how you feel," she said, coming up to him, and kissing him, to try to make him feel happy again, then hugged him with a small smile on her face.

Adonis smiled at her, it was a smaller smile than usual, but a big difference from the frown that had seemed to darken his face. "She just has that effect on people, doesn't she?" He commented, then his eyebrows furrowed together in confusion, "I just don't understand why she keeps bugging me. I've already told her I pretty much hate her, yet she went through the trouble -- and I don't really want to know how -- of learning where I live, and getting my cell phone number!"

Medve nodded, "Yeah, she does," She said with a shrug. "Oh, I think I know why," Medve said, "I think she likes you," Medve said, her jewel shining a bit in anger.

Adonis gasped, but then his lip curled up slightly in disgust, and a shudder ran down his spine. "Yuck," Was all he managed to say. He didn't want to say anything else, because as much as he disliked the girl, he didn't like to say unnecessarily mean things, and he knew that was what would slip from his lips if he allowed himself to speak. Finally he steadied himself enough to say, rather proudly, "Well, it doesn't matter. Because I'm with you, and she's out of luck."

Medve smiled, her tail swishing back in forth in happiness. She kissed him again, laughing a little bit, "She is," she replied softly. Medve just hoped that the girl wouldn't come over or call again. "Hopefully she doesn't call again," Medve added as she thought of what the two could do now that they told Skippy & Lucy that they were dating. "Maybe we could go to the arcadde - or maybe Cedar Point again?" she asked, smiling a bit.

Adonis thought about the two of them for a moment, weighing the options, considering everything, then he smiled a little -- more smirk than smile -- and said, "The arcade sounds awesome. Or maybe we could go see a movie?" He really just wanted to spend alone time with his new girlfriend. While the arcade wasn't the most romantic place, he would like to show off his honed video game skills, and maybe even win her some prizes. When it came to gathering tickets, he was nearly a boss at it, impressing all of the other males trying to win them.

"How about we first go to the arcade, then after that to the movies?" she suggested, tilting her head to the side with a small smile.

"Sounds good to me," Adonis rumbled with a happy grin. He was ready to go have some fun and show her off. He wasn't sure why the feeling of having her by his side, all his, was so alluring, but it was. It still shocked him a little to think some other male hadn't swept her off of her paws before he came along.

"Alright, let's go," Medve said, walking over to him and grabbing his paw before they walked out the door.

As they arrived to the arcade, Medve was wondering what games they had. She really liked older games, but she did like newer games - well, some of them. "Yay! We're here!" Medve said with a smile.
