Hello! I'm Popamelon! And, as you can probably deduct from the fact that I'm posting here, I'm looking to do a 1x1 roleplay!

What you can expect from me:
Always more than one line, usually a medium sized paragraph if you give me something to reply to.
I am almost always on, mornings, afternoons, and evenings, 7 days a week.
I can definitely write good plot twists.
I will have consistent and interesting character personalities and backgrounds.
I'm not quite as good at boys, but I'll try!
Good spelling and capitalization, decent grammar.

What I expect from you:
I would like the same from you as you can expect of me.
Please be able to be on pretty much every day, for a pretty long amount of time.
No ditching, please!!

• When I post, the amount I write varies on the post you make before me but usually its around three lines in size 85.
• I have reasonably good grammar but sometimes it can go askew when I'm in a rush.

basically anything that can go in some random direction, keep everything going, and be unpredictable and full of action

I'm not very picky other than that, although there are probably many things on either list that I didn't put. Just ask, and I'll see if it's something I would enjoy rping. I also love it when people rp with me on their own stories and ideas, most of the time. You can try and see if it would be something that I think would last and can jump off in random directions sometimes to keep it going.

About me:

-I write a lot, being someone who writes poems, songs and books, and also read a lot. This means that I am very good at spelling and word choice, and can also write up to 8 lines if I had enough of an idea from hat you had given me
-I'm on from 5:00 to 6:20 am. school days, before I got to school, and 3:00 to whenever I have to get off almost always.
-I'm not very busy usually, so I'm on a lot.
-I'm good at replying quickly, but don't be angry if I don't I have other rps I'm in too
-I can understand writers block, since I constantly have it, but I will try to stay away from it.
-I'm good at making random twists and keeping things going
- I don't decorate my posts
- I can play boys or girls, I do equally well with both
- I'm not good at romance or violence
- I cannot stand gore and too much violence
-can't really rp any characters under two very well, or over 18 at all.

What I'd like from a partner:

-to be somewhat active
-can reply at a normal rate
- understanding when it comes to writers block
- can post at least two lines, if not more
- creative
-good at coming up with twists
-try to spell correctly. No text talk, ever!
- can work well with multiple characters, and puts in something to the plot and main ideas

Looking For A 1x1 RP


About Me:
-I am a female.
-I prefer romance in RPs, just to add a little more to the RP.
-I am a role-play moderator at xAkalax('08 users probably know it as celestial-nocturne, it was once connected with CS), so I do have certain RP rules that I follow they are pretty similar to the CS ones. Although this is nothing you really have to worry about.
-I am a semi-lit person, depending on your level of RPing.
-If you give me a paragraph, I'll give you a paragraph. If you give me a sentence, I'll give you a sentence.
-I am Canadian, so I spelling thing with a U. Favourite, honour, colour, flavour, etc. I'm not spelling anything wrong, or making typos.
-I am not on in the mornings during weekdays(Mon-Fri).
-I have school from 8:45-2:45 Mon-Thurs, and 8:45-1:45 on Fridays. Pacific Time.
-I RP both males and females.

What I look For In A Partner:
-Someone who is able to RP both female & male.
-Someone who had proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation. I understand if you make a typo, so don't worry about that. I make typos all the time.
-Someone who is okay with violence & romance.
-Someone who is able to help make the RP interesting, and who can create interesting plots/twists. I don't like to RP with people who have me do everything, I like to keep in even.
-Someone who is able to write more than a sentence. Two at the very least.

What I am looking for in a Partner/Or partners:
-Semi-lit. At least one paragraph of three lines. NO ONE LINERS. I will decline your offer if I see one liners in your posts or you contact me with bad grammar or text talk.
-Originality. Absolutely not Anime, Movie, Book, Cartoon, etc. I will not tolerate character rips or plot takes.
-Interested in human/humanoid RPs.
-Someone who will respond when online and when available. If not, I understand, but tell me at least when you can't get on for more than a week or something. Writer's block put offs are alright, but if you are quitting, tell me please.
-Someone who can play more than one character actively with even genders [1 boy, 1 girl; so on and so on]
-I will go along with any plot you have in mind of we can come up with one together.
-Patience is key. I do have a lot of RPs and if I take a while, it's because I'm trying to level my post with yours [if you are a good enough RPer]

What I will Decline:
-Twilight
-RPs that require me to have knowledge of a book or movie that I probably didn't see or read

Things you should know about me:
-I prefer to use Anime pictures. I don't mind what you use as long as I can use what I'm comfortable with. If you would rather me not use Anime Pictures, I'll try to find real ones that fit my characters set description.
-I'm on almost all the time. I am on everyday though. It's almost a guarentee.
-I do get writer's block sometimes [Not often unless I get garbage for more than just one page], but I try to give as much detail as possible and expect you to as well so I can at least respond. My writer's block will only be often if you give me nothing though.
-If I don't know how to respond, I usually just don't post until I get an idea, but I didn't ditch!! Every now and then, my computer will shut off on me though and I might forget which RPs I haven't responded to though, so if that happens, SORRY! and please do bump the thread or PM me if it has been over one day.
-I love to RP violence and romance.
-I play both girls and boys and have 2 main characters that I usually use. One boys and one girl.
-I friend my RP partners, so I'll know if you are or are not online [unless you have hidden status]. If the thread is inactive for over three days, I will bump. If it had been about a week, I will PM you. But, if I have intell that you haven't been on [Reason for the friending] I will let it be.
-NO PM RPs. They tend to get forgotten easily... I lost two PM RPs because they forgot to respond, or just didn't bother to.

Side Note:
I'm itching to do a 1x1x1 of one of the role plays in my signature. Dead and Still Dying A private for two others and myself. I love the plot and the public RP I'm going well if picking up. It's semi-literate. Very exclusive though, so if you can't write at least five lines [Like this paragraph I'm writing] then I'd have to shut down your application for the private RP ^_^" Of course I would like to keep this rather... open, so there is a little slack. If you have writer's block, the minimum is three lines. Please specify if you'd like to try it, and I'll round the PMs if someone else is interested. I'll be te one to make the thread and I'll PM the form. I expect you to have at least two characters [One boy, one girl] and proper grammar, spelling and punctuation with the exception of typos.

Any other suggestions, feel free to ask. I am open to canonical anime/video game roleplays, provided it is something I have watched (or played), and am interested in. Currently my two main interests are Tales of Vesperia, and Homestuck.

What I will not do:
Anything with animal characters
Romance (plotless romance) I have nothing against romantic interactions between the characters, so long as they're actually working toward something.
Teenage angst/everyday life
High school
Vampires or Werewolves
Cliche'd "You wake up and have powers, for no good reason."
Something that involves me playing a girl character as my main. I do not like roleplaying women.

Things you should know about me:
- I'm very busy, so if you're impatient, that's not something I'd work well with. I am usually tied down by a multitude of things (work, moderating another website, etc) so roleplaying is something I take very lax.
- I write a lot. I tend to use very verbose and lengthy means of describing things, and sometimes my posts can appear long winded, or (so I've been told) intimidating. This is definitely not my intent though.
- Above all, I love post-apocalyptic roleplay settings. Anything like viral zombie outbreaks, and the like. So much fun.
- I have been roleplaying for about 6 years now. I know what I'm doing, lol.

Things I look for in you:
- Literacy. I cannot stress this enough. 1-2 lines doesn't cut it for me, especially since I usually can crank out two or more paragraphs. I am a literate roleplayer, so even semi-lit is cutting it close for me.
- Grammar. I'm no nazi, I don't care if you make mistakes. But at least try, y'know?
- The ability to be creative, and put equal spin in the roleplay alongside me. It's no fun when one singular person holds the reigns in a roleplay. When everyone bands together to offer their input and ideas, it's a lot more fun.
- Someone open to same-sex relationships. I am pretty obviously gay. It's a lot more comfortable for me to do any romantic interaction at all, with someone who also has a male character. I don't really hold this one to the highest importance, but it is just a nice thought.
