Luke came home with Tess. He took her inside and fixed her hair so it looked pretty. She ran over to Jaxon. “Dada! Daddy did my hair.” She said and then saw her room. Her eyes went wide. “Woah...” she said and walked inside.

Jaxon smiled as he looked at her, "You look beautiful." he said with a warm nod, he watched her go to her room and took Luke's arm and lead hi to the room as well so that he could see, "I hope you don't mind."

Luke went into her room and looked around. He smiled at his boyfriend. “Of course I don’t mind.” He said to him and kissed his cheek. “It is perfect.” He said. Tess grabbed a toy off her bed and played happily.

Jaxon smiled, "While she plays I need to talk to you." he said as he lead him away from her room while Tess played with her toy. He knelt down on one knee, pulling out the ring box, "Will you marry me?"

Luke was watching their girl happily. He looked at his boyfriend when he spoke and nodded and followed him. He stopped walking when he did and smiled when he got down on one knee. “Of course I will.” He said and kissed him. He loved him so much.

Jaxon chuckled and slid the ring on his finger, a simple silver band, "Thank you." he said as he stood and kissed him warmly.

Luke smiled. “Thank you for asking me.” He said to him. He hugged him happily. Tess ran around the house playing. She was happy. There was a knock on the door. Luke sighed and answered it letting the adoption agency in as well as the family that wanted to adopt Tess. Tess saw them and frowned. “It’s time for dinner dada.” She said to Jaxon. She was hoping it would make the people leave even if it wasn’t dinner time.

Jaxon smiled at him warmly and kissed his cheek, "I love you." he said softly, he looked over at the door and sighed as well, he knelt down and looked at Tessa, "It isn't dinner yet sweetie, this family does want to meet you, and I am sure they are very nice, so why don't you go say hi?" he asked her softly.

“But I don’t want to dada. I wanna stay here...” Tess said. Luke picked her up gently and took her over to the family. They talked to her but she said nothing back to them.

Jaxon watched her as he knelt there, he sighed and straightened as Luke took her over to the family, he watched them.
