"So... so dumb. I HATE the fact that I enjoy his company. It hinders my... my... villain juices! Er- that's bad wording, where has my poeticness gone? He drains everything from me! Yet... in an odd way, he... he brings it back? He... He is... words.... ugh! Stupid dumb attractive nerd-dweeb..." he sunk into his scarf gradually. "Our relationship is so, so ridiculous. So horrible. Such a pain... such a wonderful, fantastic PAIN!"

"Right. Well, I have two requests. Firstly, talk to him about your ridiculous mutual attraction and try to find something to do with it that doesn't involve me looking on in despair. I'm already spending too much time looking on at Aurion and Cazenar's ridiculous relationship in despair. Secondly, never say "villain juices" ever again."

"...you've made me want to write fruit-based poetry out of spite, Security Friend of Lucas. And... MUTUAL? Did he... did he confide that in you? Did... wow... um... Oh, now I'm filled with too many words. How do I even tell him? I can't write a poem for him before we duel! I- oh, right, we're dancing... maybe I can... try to... no! I caaaannnn't... Yes, no, ARGH." He held his now half-covered-in-scarf head in his hands. "Why do I need to tell him... and why did it have to be mutual..."

"Ugh. Would you rather I told him? I can tell him, if it will make life easier. Or I suppose you could both let this entire thing go and move on with your lives. Although I'd think very carefully about that, if I were you. As little as I understand it, you do seem to make him happy."

"I... make him... happy... Well, now I have to tell him. I cannot let someone steal my deeds away! He dramatically attempted to emerge and swish his scarf aside but it ended up falling to the ground. "Er- well, show must go on!" He picked up his scarf, and continued speaking. "I will tell him! Somehow! You have restored my confidence! Thank you, kindly Security Friend of Lucas! Though I haven't your name, I do have you to thank for your guidance! I am in debt to you somehow, but... um, I don't know how to repay it. I'll think of something sometime! Now, I, The Lapis Poet... thief... I should really just portmanteau that into poethief... am going away! Feel free to watch the duel, we're used to the occasionally audience... considering I've challenged him to things whilst we were in the courtyard. Um... yes, away with me!" He dashed off in the direction of the room's exit.

"Did it occur to you that Lucas' "Security Friend" may in fact be providing security? DarkBoard may have allowed you to come here, but you're still not running off unsupervised. I'm going to the Courtyard with you. Oh, and my name's Three."

"...I'm... really dumb with excitement right now. Ugh. While we walk, I'm going to leave Lucas a quick voicemail... just because my plans are already ruined." He took out his phone and found... he already had a message there from Lucas.

"I'm already here, you're a bit late... I assume you're dealing with my friend, so... um, have a good escort. No forfeits here because I get it... whatever. Just hurry yourself up and get over here... if you're even prepared for... well, I don't think I can defeat you, but be prepared for any outcome! For all I know, you could suck at it!" Then it hung up.

"Yeesh. Um, anyways, I'm Lazarus... you'd know that, though," he said.

Three held their palm up to the door, unlocking it. "I'm aware. Let's go. Don't try to run off, or I'll shoot you. And don't try to kill Lucas, or I'll shoot you."

"I can't have that happen before the duel, and I think Lucas would detest dancing with a dead body... and I wouldn't kill Lucas... unless we're trying to play some death game or something. Maybe if we get someone on call to just revive us or something." He began putting his scarf properly back on as he walked, following Three. "...I wonder how prepared Lucas is for this. I was prepared but... now I'm not even close but I can improvise. I have to now, anyways. Not like I have any options! Fun times!"
