The redhead smiled as she looked at him. She continued to hold out the hand with the berries.

She smiled as she looked at the Cinderace. Once he’d taken a berry, she gave one to Potter as well.

She then put them back in the container. Placing that container back within her bag, after closing it back up right. She hummed quietly a bit, and nodded at the boy that was stood before her. “Royari is a Glameow Espeon, and Potter is a Cubone or Marowak mixed with Umbreon.”

Speaking of Potter, they looked at the boy. Then they sniffed at his hand a bit.

XD Eevee sits on the shoulders/head. Anyway. I found out Kangaskan puts them in her ouch, and was like ‘wait, is that…real?’ so I went back to the cave to catch a Kangaskan and see if it was actually true. It is, and it’s so dang cute.)

Scout let the Pokémon sniff his hand and smiled slightly. "Hmm, interesting."
The Trainer studied their features closely. "I've seen some hybrids before, but I don't know much about them. I've always wondered if they count for both Pokémon that they come from in their Pokédex."

Cinderace skipped back to his Trainer's side and began eating the sweet-flavored berry. He smiled brightly at Jessel. Meanwhile, Staraptor closed his eyes, seemingly bored of the interaction and content with simply resting for the time being.

"Anyway, this town is pretty small. I've never seen you before. Are you from Sinnoh? Or are you visiting?" Scout asked, now standing up and turning back to the girl.

The redhead watched Potter sniff at the hand. The masked Pokémon then pawed at his hand.

She giggled a bit as she watched this, then nodded to Scout. She said “It really is, and I’m glad I get to have so many unique Pokémon.” Potter trotted back over to her now. Royari sleepily opened one eye to look at Scout, then they flicked their double ended tail and yawned.

She smiled as she watched Cinderace as he skipped. He was happily eating the berry now, so she giggled and nodded at him. Before looking to where the bird like Pokemon had gone off to. He was still nearby, though he seemed to be bored of what they were doing.

She nodded as she looked at him. She said “Oh, no, or at least I’m not from this town anyway; a relative lives here.”

The pretty and cute but somewhat handsome black haired one went over to the Pokémon. He crouched down beside Mizu and Sena. They were the youngest two of his Pokémon. His main Pokémon, that was, because he definitely had other Pokémon too. He smiled as he patted them both. He then stood up, and went over to Sparky and Hikari, smiling at the albino Espeon. He crouched down and patted them as well. Then stood back up and headed over to Darky, melanistic boy, and Yami.

Scout looked at her and brushed some of the hair out of his eyes. "I see." The quiet boy seemed to be searching for something to say.

Cinderace had finished eating the berry and was now bouncing impatiently on his heels. The Fire-Type Pokémon urged his Trainer on by tugging slightly on his sleeve.

"Oh... Thanks for the berries. I don't live in this town either, actually. I sort of just travel. Right now I'm staying at my grandparents' house..." He glanced back at his partner. "But I think Cinderace wants to get going. He never wants to stay in one place for too long."

Scout's hand seemed to rest over the Poké Balls that were attached to his belt. "We were going to Sandgem Town later today. It's a long way before we get to Jubilife City, so we wanted to rest there first. It has a nice beach." He smiled shyly at the girl. "Have you been to Sandgem Town? It's really close to Lake Verity.

(OOC: Oh yeah... Do Haku and Jessel know each other by any chance? I forgot to ask lol)

We need to figure out how to have them meet him. I’ve been trying to figure it out, but idk.]

The redhead tilted her head as she looked at him when he looked at her. She nodded as he spoke, and she smiled a bit as she watched him.

She then giggled a bit as she looked at the Cinderace. The rabbit like Pokémon was definitely excitable and high energy, anyone would be able to see that.

She nodded as she looked at Scout once more. She said “You’re welcome, and they’re welcome too; I’m glad they enjoyed the berries.” She then nodded as he said he also didn’t live there. She said “Your grandparents must be very nice people.”

She noticed how his hand seemed to rest atop the Poke balls attached to his belt. She ran a hand over her own, and smiled. Knowing the Pokemon contained within we’re happy. Poke balls contained a whole environment within, so she knew every Pokemon would be happy there.

She shook her head as she looked at him.

“I don’t believe I’ve been there but I’d love to go, if…you don’t mind me joining you.”

(Ah okay. Maybe they could run into him somewhere? If he leaves his house or something. xD )

Scout nodded slightly at the comment about his grandparents. "Oh yeah, they're definitely really nice people. This house has almost been like a second home to me, in a way." He paused thoughtfully.

Cinderace's eyes lit up with excitement when the other Trainer suggested they travel to Sandgem Town together. He shook Scout expectantly, making excited noises. Even the lazy Staraptor seemed to be disturbed from his nap at the other Pokémon's insistence.

"Oh, sure. We can head over there together." Noticing his partner's movements, Scout smiled and lightly pushed the rabbit-like Pokémon from his side. "Okay, okay. I know you're excited." By standing up fully, Cinderace was not that much shorter than Scout, after all. The Fire-Type realized that he had jostled his Trainer quite a bit with his strength and smiled sheepishly.

"It's a pretty scenic Route. I think you'll like it," Scout said. "And the fresh air out here is so nice. There's a bit of smog in the big city." Again, he paused.

"Oh yeah... Do you battle often? We might encounter some other Trainers on the way there. They're probably pretty weak, but I can battle for you, if you'd like. There's a lot of tall grass on the way, so we might run into a few wild Pokémon. They're small, though. Only a few Starly and Bidoof around these parts." Staraptor seemed to perk up at this last sentence, memories stirring for the large bird Pokémon.

The redhead smiled and nodded back at him. Saying “I’m glad to hear it,” and looking around for a moment, then shaking her head. She said “My relative is pretty nice too.” She smiled as she thought of the person a moment, then stopped doing that.

(Haven’t actually decided if it’s an aunt or uncle, but I’m leaning more towards aunt)

The redhead then looked over at the Cinderace, seeing he seemed excited again. She giggled as she looked at the Pokémon. Saying “You’re an excitable guy aren’t you?” then glancing to Scout. Before looking down at Potter as they leaned on her leg.

Jessel smiled as she looked over at the Staraptor a moment. She then nodded at Scout, and said “That sounds great.” She then looked to the Cinderace again, and made an amused sound. This time it wasn’t a giggle, but a different type of amused sound. She watched the Pokémon smile sheepishly. She smiled at him as he did that.

She then nodded at Scout once more. “Are there any supplies you’d need to buy before we head out?” she asked, and looked around. It might be good to get some snacks and water at least. Since she didn’t know how far away the place actually was from here.

She said “I actually do battle, if I really have to. That’s why Yuki, who you haven’t met yet, has evolved from Eevee form to Umbreon form. The rest are…hard to tell if they actually evolved. For example, Royari is a Espeon but also Glameow, so one of those is an evolution but the other one isn’t. Since Royari is a hybrid, it’s hard to tell. They do look a bit different then when they were little. Therefore I assume they evolved after the battles I had to put them into.” She didn’t really like battling, because Pokemon got hurt.

The pretty and cute but somewhat handsome black haired one hummed. He smiled as he looked at his six Pokemon. He then put them all back in their balls except Darky and Yami. Deciding he should probably head out and buy some food and water and more stuff.

Scout nodded when she said her relative was nice too, and briefly wondered about who it could be in Twinleaf Town that was related to her. It was a small town, after all.

Cinderace smiled again as the girl said he was excitable, and he curiously glanced down at the Cubone-Umbreon hybrid resting on her leg.

“Usually I’d just use Fly to the nearest town on my Staraptor, but Cinderace gets a little… antsy, and he doesn’t like to go inside his Poké Ball. Plus, I don’t think Staraptor would be able to carry us all. I have a Togekiss too, but… I think it would be better to walk.”

The lazy Staraptor seemed a bit relieved that the Trainer decided not to call on him for the time being. He settled back down, waiting to be returned to his Poké Ball for some more rest.

“Oh yeah, supplies… Well, honestly it’s a short walk, just through a small patch of forest. But we could still stop to get stuff if you want.”

When Jessel started talking about her hybrid Pokémon, Scout listened with curiosity. “I see. I never thought about how hybrids would evolve. I guess it would make sense if it would be kinda hard to tell. I’ve never bred Pokémon, so I wouldn’t know.”

Cinderace seemed a little impatient once again. “I think he wants to get going,” Scout said. “So, would you like to get some supplies first?”

The redhead watched him nod, when she spoke of her relative that lived here. She glanced around a moment, then shook her head at herself.

She glanced down at Potter, and smiled at them. They then moved away from her leg, since Cinderace was watching them, and they moved to sniff at him.

They seemed to wag their tail a little, after learning the scent of the Cinderace. Meanwhile, Jessel nodded as she looked at the boy. She said “My Pokémon are mostly good, but Scarecrow and Yuki want to be let out. They don’t seem to like being in the Poke ball for too long.”

The redhead glanced over to where the Staraptor was. She smiled and waved at him, not really knowing what else to do. She wanted to acknowledge the Pokémon again, though. She then hummed quietly, as she watched him resting there on the fence.

She then nodded, as she and Scout now discussed supplies. She said “Hmm..I think at least some water for us might be good, though we can get more water once we get there.”

The ginger then nodded as they began to discuss the hybrid Pokémon now. She smiled as she looked at him, then said “I’m sure some would become like…a Marowak Umbreon for instance. I think Potter could honestly be considered a Marowak rather than a Cubone.”

She then glanced to the Cinderace. She nodded as she looked at Scout. She said “Yeah, let’s go get some supplies.” She then looked down at Potter, whom pawed her leg, so she returned them and Royari to the Poke balls, and let out Hopper and Lichen.

The pretty and cute but somewhat handsome black haired one hummed. He walked with Darky and Yami. Walking to the front door of the house, and heading out of the house. He smiled as he then went out into his yard, which had some nice trees and flowers.


(I was honestly just thinking Haku would be in Twinleaf town. I could have him at Sandgem town instead though.)

(Oops, I thought I posted this a few days ago. I had written it on Monday I think!)

Cinderace seemed excited that Potter was sniffing at him, as if to exchange greetings. Although the rabbit Pokémon was quite humanlike, he still liked to sniff other Pokémon as well if he was down to their size. For now, however, he simply leaned down only slightly to sniff them in the way a rabbit would. He noticed the other Pokémon wagging their tail and smiled.

Scout nodded at Jessel's comment about her Pokémon Yuki and Scarecrow mostly wanting to stay out of the Poké Ball. "Cinderace is that way. The others are fine, mostly... Especially if Staraptor thinks he can just take a nap... But my Grimmsnarl doesn't like to be put in his Poké Ball for too long, either. He's used to being outside and can get cranky. I usually just let him run around with Impidimp and Morgrem, my other Pokémon... but they can be pretty mischievous, so I'll make sure to keep them under control."

Scout nodded when she said it would be good to get some supplies. “Water would be nice, yeah.”

He nodded again when Jessel mentioned her hybrid Pokémon and how Potter could be considered a Marowak instead of a Cubone. “I’ll have to learn more about these interesting hybrids.”

He glanced over at Cinderace, then back at the girl. “Alright, would you like to go get supplies now? There’s a small shop just outside of town.”

(Yeah, we could have Haru either in Twinleaf Town or Sandgem Town, either one is fine with me.)
