The viking grinned, "I am Ludvik, this is Njordur and Vidar." He pointed to the other two vikings who each came in to stand beside the Makoatls, facing Ludvik. "Where are you from, lass?" His brows furrowed in thought.
Njordur was taller than Vidar, it still much shorter than Ludvik, and seemed to be the only viking with no beard to speak of, while Vidar's was long, curly, and tied at one end.
"Ludvik." Njordur spoke up, but Vidar interrupted him.
"We have an issue. A stowaway was found in amongst the gin barrels. He's drunk. What do we do?"
At this, Ludvik grinned, "A stowaway!" He boomed, "You two, come see this. You want us to show you a good time!" He laughed, starting out the door in his excitement and motioning for the two Makos to follow him.

"About time." Missy gave a glance back to Ande. She had a feeling this wouldn't be his definition of good time, but he was the one that had asked for vikings, not her. When Ludvik, Njordur, and Vidar walked out of the room to go have their ruthless playtime, Missy looked at the hesitating mako behind her, "come on. You wanted a good time, didn't you?" She asked. Honestly, it was probably not what he initially wanted. Remember that less than an hour ago, he was on the street collecting candy wrappers, and the last thing he thought he would do was go off to Norway to do what Vikings did.

"I-i think I'll follow you, uh..." He trembled, "l-ladies first?" Really, she's just a good shield. Ande watched as the drunken man hiccuped, held at the armpits by two more burly men - it seemed that's all there was on this ship.
"What should we do, Ludvik?" Vidar asked, stroking his long beard.
Ludvik thought a moment before grinning, "Get the iron shoes."
Ande's eyes widened. He'd been studying these men for long enough, he knew what the it on shoes were for. He whispered to Missy, "The iron shoes... They put them in the fire for a few minutes, then force the criminal to dance in them until they can't anymore, then they toss them overboard..." He whimpered slightly, but kept his eyes on the blubbering drunk and his goofy smile.

"I know," Missy said, sitting in front of the vikings who held the stowaway. "I've been to a viking ship before," She added, glancing over at Ande. See? He wasn't happy. "What's with the face? You asked to see Vikings, so now you're seeing vikings," The Mistress said. "Some people would pay millions to get someplace in space and time; you, however, are just plain upset you got one of those for free?" She asked, "Earth makos these days... So ungrateful," She muttered, turning back to the vikings in front of her.

Her words seemed to flip a switch in Ande, and he completely ignored the whole "earth Makos" comment.
"Well excuse me if I don't seem the type to be elated to have been kidnapped by some crazy girl in a tiny-but-not-tiny blue box thing, and then actually transported back in time to when there were vikings. I'm scared. This isn't a daily thing for me. Not the kind of things they train you for in boy scouts, okay?!" Tears welled up in his eyes but he blinked them back in anger. He'd never even attended boy scouts.
All of the vikings had turned to the two, confused and curious. Even the drunk man quit blubbering when he heard the timid mako shout.
"I didn't ask for this, and I certainly didn't think you were serious about taking me here. I'm trying to adapt." He seethed through his teeth.

The Mistress blinked in slight surprise. he was definitely upset. She hadn't been expecting him to shout out like that. "Well sorry," she replied, pretending not to care yet slightly lowering her head. Usually she wouldn't care, enjoy it even, but this time she felt a little bad. Boy scouts? she had never been to any... 'Boy scouts' or 'Girl scouts'. She had heard of them, watched them in movies, TV shows, but she's never actually met one. She sat in silence for a moment before turning back around, mroe curiously than not. "What do they teach you in boy scouts?"

Ande freaked out on the inside for a moment, but after recalling several childhood movies, he stammered out an answer, "uh, how to like... Build a campfire and um, tie rope. And sell really good cookies?" He seemed to ask himself. "Y'know, survival stuff."
The Vikings all seemed to raise a collective brow, and Ludvik asked if they had any cookies.
"Um, yeah, I've got a box in my bag, but they aren't boy scout cookies, they're just..." He pulled out the package and opened it, "oreos" he took one out and offered it to Missy as an apology for yelling. It wasn't like him to lose his temper like that, although she didn't seem all too affected by it.

Missy blinked at the cookie before grabbing it and taking a small bite out of it. This 'Oreo' was a strange cookie, but it was good. After she took her first bite of it, the cookie practically disappeared. "Do these sell out very quickly?" She asked. If they did, she couldn't question them. They were some good cookies. Though The Mistress was very knowledgeable of space, time, and everything in between, she hadn't had much time to do regular Earth things, which made her a bit naïve when it came to girl scout cookies and elementary school.

(( is it just me or did this just turn adorable?? Mentally-aged Missy eating oreos for the first time, I have to doodle this xD ))

Ande shrugged as the vikings took a fist full of cookies and crammed them in their mouths. Ande had just barely grabbed one for himself before the box was empty and he looked around for a trash can.
But the Vikings didn't use trash cans.
"Yeah, they usually sell out pretty quick. I bet Mr. Oreo makes a million bucks a day off of these things. They're better with milk." He ate his and stuffed the box in his bag.
"What do you usually snack on if you don't eat oreos?" He asked, both to her and the Vikings.
Ludvik's eyes were almost teary at the rreos an he grinned "how do you make those?" Ande shrugged, and Ludvik answered his question "We just eat mutton. On a ship though we really just eat fish."

[ I ship them as a childhood crush qwq
This must be doodled ]

"What do I snack on?" She asked herself. Usually, when Missy was hungry she would just go off someplace and get something to eat. Tea was probably one of her favourite things to drink on a Saturday evening. "Tea," she replied after a few moments of thought. "I should have these more often, though," The Mistress admitted, savouring the aftertaste of the almost-too-sweet treat."We should go to your Boy Scouts place next! I'd very much like to meet them," she said, a grin spreading across her face.
