Aspen grumbled to himself, now sitting down a few yards away but still facing them. He took the moment to gather his thoughts before speaking. "If you want on the battle feild Murcury, best you try to prove to me why you deserve it." he spoke evenly.
At the moment she was probably last in line after her two stunts she pulled. If she wanted to go on the battle feild she would have to be able to take orders before anything else was to be done.
He hated being the 'bad guy', but he had to defend his authority. Just then a few small voices giggled, and a stampede of three or so pups came running his way, followed hastily by the mothers who were trying to keep up. "ASPEEEN" they called out in unison before dog piling on top. After a long while you could see a smile curving his muzzle, he playfully pushing them off before they came piling on again. "sorry alpha." the mothers spoke earnestly, grabbing their pup by the scruff and tugging them away as they pleaded to stay. "Its no trouble."he replied, giving them a reassuring glance. Relieved the group returned from whence they came.
Aspen turned his attention back to murcury and insomnia. "come on, i want to show you both something." he said, beginning to head out from the clearing and into the treeline.

Insomnia stood, her head hanging. "I.....understand, Aspen." She turned, looking at Murcury. "Come on, Mur. I need you to help me plan the next attack." she padded away, feeling defeated. She wanted to fight so bad.....they had killd her mother, and only Tor knows what happened to her father....She held back tears as she walked beside Murcury.

Insomnia turned, remembering something. "What did you want to show us?" she asked quietly, her heart in her throat.

Murcury stayed by Insomnia, quietly staying behind her. Eventually she got the bravery to pick her head back up and look at her alpha. "I..."
She truned her head and didnt look into his eyes. "Im... ssssorry." She whispered under her breathe so Insomnia didnt hear. She was trying to be a bit tough in front of her friend.

Insomnia pretended not to hear the small apology Murcury made. She knew how it felt to be forced to say something you don't want to say. She said gently, "Aspen, Mur and I need to go attend some business. Show us what you wish later." Woth that, she began to pad silently away.

"What is it, Insommy?" Murcury's cracky voice asked quietly.
She fallowed, looking back at Aspen to make sure she wasnt about to be brutally attacked.

She smiled. "I need a few ideas for our next attack. Im having a block." she grimaced.

Aspen sighed but nodded anyways. With a lot on his heart he continued on his path and made a beeline through the trees. He figured he'd explore a new place while the others were busy with their duties. He remained at ease, trying to keep troubling matters at bay while he glanced around. Surprisingly the rain had stopped for a few minutes, and not feeling the constant patter was a bit of an relief.

Murcury turned. "Aspyyyyyyyy ...en! Aspen!" She trotted back to her alpha and tucked her tail. If you want to show me that surprise right now, I will follow.
